First of all as a plus size bride, dress shopping isn't easy. I can confidently say I had the Best…read moreservice ever! I found the singular dress I LOVED online, WWBB is a retailer of the brand. When I called the girls were THRILLED to have me in store to try it on before ordering. They let me know the store was only open until 7 however if I scheduled an appointment they were more than happy to stay. Appt was scheduled last minute via phone, when I arrived the dress was pulled and in the dressing room for me ready to go. The girls helped me into the dress (on and tucked in and zipped up). When it came time to purchase confirming details was a breeze, finance options were discussed with no pressure to buy same day. The dress - gorgeous. The service - phenomenal. The store - small but charming with LOTS of options.

I was looking for a bridal store outside of the bridal district because I was paying for my dress…read moremyself and not looking to spend a fortune. It was also important to me to find a shop that had a good range of plus sized gowns as I wanted to be able to try on as many gowns as possible. This lead me to Amara Bridal which had lots or reviews mentioning reasonable prices and a wide array of sizes available in store. We booked an appointment and I was able to bring 6 people with me. We had the salon to ourselves for the majority of the appointment and the young lady helping me was so sweet! I regret that I can't remember her name. The whole shopping experience was really great and I found my gown that day. I purchased my gown in January or February 2022 with my wedding not happening until September 2023. I was nervous that supply chain issues were still impacting the wedding gown market and I didn't want to risk anything. I'm so grateful I did this, because the first time my gown arrived it was in the wrong color! The salon noticed and immediately ordered another one at no additional cost to me. It still arrived in plenty of time and I picked it up in January 2023. My only negative was that when I picked it up, I tried it on again and the gown fit like a glove. The person helping me made a comment that I would have to be careful not to gain any weight between now and the wedding in order to make sure the gown still fit. I realize she was probably just trying to be helpful, but I don't find it appropriate to comment on a stranger's weight or their maintenance of said weight. I realize I may be a bit sensitive, but I think it is a really sensitive topic for so many women and they should be cognizant of that. For what it's worth, the dress still fit me beautifully 9 months later on my wedding day. Overall, I would still recommend! Like I said the shopping and purchasing experience were great. I had plenty of dresses to choose from and try on, my salesperson was very respectful of my budget, and the salon ensured that everything was in order when I got my gown. It's a great alternative to the bridal district experience!

I'm a little late on my review but…read more.. I can not recommend this store enough! I got married last spring and had a bit of a dress emergency which resulted in having to buy a whole new dress about 3 weeks before my wedding. Rebecca legit saved me! She made room for me to come in for 2 appointments in the same weekend to try on basically every dress in her store and ultimately find a beautiful and affordable dress I was able to wear for my wedding. It was a pretty stressful time for me (and my mom and sister who were also gracious enough to drop everything and come shopping with me :) )but Rebecca made things as easy on us as possible. She was so honest and helpful. I only wish we had found her store months before so we didn't end up with the emergency in the first place!

The other consultants on the floor were friendly and helpful. Thanks to Hayley, my sister found the dress of her dreams and the veil to match! Since we're from out of town, Hayley triple checked all the details and made sure we knew the next steps. Most important--they stuck to her budget! Can't wait for my sister's wedding, all thanks to Lace!!

Unfortunately our experience was negative. The manager scolded my daughter and the wedding party for looking through the dresses while we waited. She then proceeded to ask my daughter her size in front of a store full of people. Then the manager announced to everyone that my daughter could only buy off of certain racks and that she would need to look for dresses in size * * *. My daughter was humiliated. She was already nervous and self conscious. This lady was rude, and very unprofessional.

My sister booked an appointment here after doing some research online, and we had the shop to ourselves on a Sunday morning. We worked with Erin, who is such a kind person ... thoughtfully picking out dresses that I might like, after asking me several questions about styles and fitting. At the risk of my fiancé reading this review and finding some clues about what my dress looks like, I'll keep the details on the dress I selected very brief. One of the owners, Amanda, arrived halfway through my appointment, and was so knowledgeable about something I was hoping to add to the dress ... it was like she swooped in and saved the day. For someone who had zero experience shopping for dresses like this, Montgomery Bridal made me feel confident and excited. The shop is also in a super cute location, and if you do book an appointment, they'll reserve a parking spot for you in the back to set the tone for a fun and fashionable day.

She pulled a dress for my mom based on other things we had talked about. We ended up walking out of there with a dress and an amazing dress. We were also helped by Susan, just words of encouragement, but she was awesome as well. We went to the queen's lace first, and it was horrible. Absolutely insanely bad, and all the dresses had to be taken off the rack and they were all out of season and wore down. I truly can't believe how much better this bridal studio was. We were even allowed to touch the dresses and look at them, whereas at the Queen's lace we weren't even allowed to look or touch them. And, our stylist there didn't care what we wanted. Whereas Chloe took such good care of us. She let us grab them and she pulled good ones too, she catered and took care of us so well. We will be back!!!
