This is an interesting version of a Towne Center. I suspect they originally wanted to do more with it than it currently is. Even before the pandemic there were quite a few empty retail spaces. This place is always kind of a traffic nightmare, although there is plenty of parking. Macys and Kroger are the major anchor businesses. Kroger has recently done a major upgrade to their space which is nice. There is dining, movies, coffee, gyms, shopping, gas, and even a Cincy Bell store. Sometimes they do events, which are on hold for now, but the calendar can be found on their website for the future. Entrances are available off Beechmont or 5 mile. Hopefully this spot will continue to grow, however that will not remedy the traffic issues. read more

The other day at Krogers I fell in th parking lot, Karen a cashier was on break and can over to help me. We could figure out how together up, she went into the store got the manager and another fellow. They c and out to help me I managed to get up but their kindness as appreciated. This "Towne Center" is really on the up and up. I grew up nearby this area and after a lot of time trying to get this area and center built up, it is finally making it's way there. We go here almost daily to Crunch Fitness then weekly to the Kroger Marketplace location they have here and once in a while I'll run through the new Starbucks drive-thru they have here too. A lot of the businesses that have been here for a while are still here, including the Macy's that has been here forever. But there are a lot of other new businesses being added monthly. Recently added is a Kroger Liquor store, Bentley's Pet Stuff, The Candle Lab and a Verizon store (just to name a few) and even more things are being added to open soon. For example - Sushinati, The Juice Bar and McAllister's. My biggest gripe is with all the construction, parking can be pain. Especially at peak hours after work and on the weekends. Another thing is with the new construction and road ways, just driving here can be stressful because people don't quite understand the traffic flow here. I wish there was more at ATC. You have Carabou Coffee, Uno's Fridays, Latitudes, Moes, Carrabas, Macy's (wish it was bigger) Krogers, CVS, Kmart, Gamestop, American Greetings, Huff Realty (took over Furniture store), Sheriff station, New T-shirt store, Great clips, a small Asian restaurant and a few minor stores that I don't go in. Cafe Mediterranean is out of business. I don't think we'll ever see the movie theater that was promised. read more

LATITUDES IN ANDERSON SQUARE---- The food is different and tastes wonderful. Mandy is a fabulous waitress. She was extremely knowledgeable about the menu and all ingredients involved. I love that in a waitress! She was quite retro too, another like. She was attentive to our every need. They've got some great specials too. I can't believe i haven't tried this place sooner. They even have live music. They have the best appetizer menu! The spinach artichoke dip with pita bread was tasty, but more like cream cheese dip. The sausage sandwich was very spicy, hence the name torpedo! The flatbread was my favorite! It had just enough of everything. Tasty, tasty, tasty!!! The prices are great you can get anything you want for $10 or less. I can't wait to go back! read more

I happened to be out in Anderson Township this afternoon and found the Anderson Towne Center. I can't say that you should go all the way over there unless you live in the area, but if you happen to be out there it's a good place to shop. According to its real estate company's website, the shopping center is over 407,000 square feet and is anchored by Macy's (almost 115,000 square feet), a really large Kroger (103, 000 square feet), and K-Mart (about 95,000 square feet). There are nearly 40 possible tenants, although five spaces are vacant right now. I saw a real variety of businesses including many restaurants (Carrabba's Italian Grill, Uno's Chicago Grill, Quizno's IHOP, and Friday's among others), Caribou Coffee, Coldstone Creamery, Lens Crafters, GameStop, BoRics, CVS Pharmacy, Hallmark, Cincinnati Bell, and even the Hamilton County Sheriff's office, among others "retailers" located in the center. The Anderson Towne Center's website says it is the "entertainment and retail heart of Cincinnati's Eastside." I can agree with that to some extent: yes, it's great if you live on the FAR East side of Cincinnati, but there isn't nearly as much to offer as at Rookwood Commons and Pavilion or Kenwood Towne Center, or even the similar Deerfield Towne Center in the Mason area). It is new, the stores are nice, and Anderson Township is a good area, but unless you live nearby then it isn't worth it to come over there. Most stores are chains located throughout the city, and they really don't have THAT much that distinguishes from other places around, although the huge Kroger helps its case. read more

This shopping center is home to a number of different shopping opportunities. But honestly, nothing that's overly exciting once you're in and around it. Locating off of Beechmont and 5 Mile, it has the whole heavy traffic thing working for it. There's a fairly large Macys store. At least it's large on the outside. Walk into it and you find that it's actually quite bare. Ditto for the K-Mart. My wife did the DreamDinners (which is apparently some type of cooking-class place). She said that was kind of fun. You really can't go all that wrong with Fridays (unless you're trying to). IHOP is what it is and the Quizno's is pretty good as well. Then there's Krogers. This particular one is kind of the hoity-toity side, but you can usually get yourself a nice bit of a snack on all the freebies. Currently there are about ten storefronts that are empty. That's not good. One added bonus is that it's a great place to park for the annual Anderson Township Fourth of July Parade. The cool part about this parade...they actually still throw candy. You would not believe the places I've been where city ordinances have been put into place prohibiting candy throwing during parades due to liability concerns. Thank God Ohio hasn't jumped off that cliff of insanity...yet. Not the best shopping center, but certainly not the worst. I agree with the rest of the reviews. I wouldn't make a special trip out to it, but if you're in the area and you need something from Macys, K-Mart, Kroger, Lenscrafters, or if you're looking for one of those fake tans (they've got one of those) or a bank or a realtor, or if you're looking for a cheap, easy, quick bite to eat, the Anderson Township Center does the trick. A decent attempt at an outdoor mall for the East side that is struggling to survive. That is a perfect description of Anderson Towne Center. What used to home the now-extinct Beechmont Mall is now host to a line of shops wedged between Kroger, K-Mart and Macy's. The shops there range from a few bars, to a gamestop, and even a Math tutoring institute. Several places that were there in the beginning have since moved on, making patrons a little wary about the future of this place. If you're intrigued, head down in the Winter because they have several Christmas themed events to try to bring people in. read more

Anderson Towne Center is essentially a best in class food court, with many classes. Far from boring (??!!) it features Moes for fast food burritos (yeah, Chipotle is awesome, but no matter what you put in it, the cilantro rice makes it all taste the same), Carraba's Italian, Caribou Coffee, who proves you don't have to burn the coffee to make it gourmet, UNOs pizza, Cafe Mediterranean - the best Greek food in the Tristate, Kar-ma has excellent food, there's a Tapas/Martini place, and Krozilla, the monster Kroger where you can buy nearly any ingredient you can think of to make your own best in class meal. Unfortunately, there are no serious stores or theaters or other entertainment venues here or nearby to support this fancy food court. Yelp is focused on food, so that's the only reason this gets my third star. read more

As a resident of Anderson Township when the towncenter was being built, there were a lot of high hopes. Unfortunately it fell very short. The best store in the whole place is Kroger. There are a few restaurants, like Kar-ma and Cafe Mediterranean that are worth going to, but the shopping is abysmal. The Macy's is nothing to brag about, and with a K-mart and Hallmark as its back up there is really no reason to come up here unless you're going to get food. read more

Getting better as time goes on, but I would really like to see a shopping complex full of places I want to visit! The addition of Orange Leaf Fro Yo was a definite win, but still too many empty spaces, making it a reminder of the old, dead, Beechmont Mall. read more

It's a nice little outdoor mall, but still has some vacancies that need filled. They are now expanding with more stores/restaurants and a movie theater. Things should be better then! read more

I live in Anderson and I had hoped that we could attract some stores like those at Crestview Hills. But guess it will never happen!! We were promised a movie theater, but that has apparently fallen by the wayside. Don't get me wrong, I do eat at Moes and Fridays and shop occasionally at Macys, KMart & American Greetings. I love the Kroger store (although it is certainly not a quick in and out grocery). But, as I said in the beginning, wish we had more choices!! read more

OrangeLeaf location in Anderson is not that good. they did not even have cherries to put on top. when i ask she said the manager didnt buy any. Didn't have the waffle chips or cones. and the store was clean read more
