I went in looking for shoes for an event and not one person acknowledged my existence. One lady was behind the register with her arms crossed and walking down to the other side at another register were three people acting too good to talk to anyone. read more

Thriving in a world of dying malls. This Dillard's location actually seems to do quite well. I don't come here often (because I'm a guy and....well....I'm a guy) but when I do, they always have what I need. It's pretty basic - A multi-story department store. If you want to know all they have, go to their website and check it out. Better yet, just go in and check it out. For the most part, service is typically great. The staff is friendly and helpful and you can usually find someone to assist you relatively easy. Would I go back? Yes. And, as I mentioned before, as a typical guy I go shopping when I need something. I know what I want, I go in, I get it, I pay for it, I leave. Now, let's say that you didn't try those pants on when you really should have. You get home and they're too big or........... or maybe you're too big.... whatever the case, grab the receipt and head on back. They'll take care of you. But, if you want to save yourself the trouble, go hit up that dressing room and see how sharp you look. read more

Their executive staff should not be in customer service. I wanted to return a dress, but I had removed the tags. I understand that tags are required for returns, but I don't understand why they can't simply reattach them--tags fall off clothing all the time. Additionally, the manager I spoke with was quite rude and had an unnecessary attitude, which made the experience even more frustrating. I know they particularly won't miss my business, but I won't be returning read more

Carmen at Dillard's in Liberty Township was unbelievably rude to me and my family. We came in simply trying to return a dress and instead got treated like we were doing something dishonest. She immediately started accusing us of wearing the dress and then returning it, which is completely untrue. We even had the original picture of the dress taken in the dressing room to prove the condition it was in. She then claimed we had removed the tag and put it back in a different spot, which again was not true at all. On top of that, she pointed out "snags" on the dress and blamed us for them even though the dress already looked like that when it was purchased. Instead of listening or trying to help, she kept insisting we were in the wrong. The whole interaction felt disrespectful and unnecessary. No customer should be treated like they are lying or trying to pull something over on the store, especially when we had proof. It completely ruined the experience for me and my family and definitely makes me think twice about ever shopping at that location again. read more

I went to return few items. Two of the items I wore and tag was off... was not aware the policy after wearing I cannot return. So asked if it's written in the policy ... store manager read it loud enough to hear the entire store... so I accepted Then I had another shirt I never wore or removed the tag.. that also he started saying I wore and throwing back saying cannot return .. and yelling and shouting .. I had to tell him prove that I wore before I asked for someone above him finally agree to return Jared the store manager either got a problem with my skin or just the way he is and do not know how to behave with a customer Zero star read more

Will never order online through Dillard's liberty center again! Was told wife's gift would be here before Christmas and it's in Oregon now after going through 3 states including independence ky...should've just ordered through amazon! When I've called them they keep saying just wait a couple more days without actually looking into it. Horrible customer service read more

I will not purchase from Dillards in liberty Center again. I have had the worst customer service today due to worker error for an online order. Spoke to the manager on duty today to resolve issue, he continuously spoke over me and never resolved anything. So disappointed. Will not return to this location read more

I have to say I really enjoy shopping at Dillards. I have been coming here since it opened and I buy a couple outfits every year. I have always been treated very well and tent to get help picking out items as I am color deficient and don't match most items very well. I have never had an issue getting a parking spot near the door and if you park in the garage you don't even get wet if it is raining. I will be back every so often because I like good clothes and really like the Daniel Cremieux Collection. read more

Absolutely love the automated response from Dillard's H. in regards to my review: "Hi Mna18 N., Thank you for visiting us! If you have any questions or concerns please email us at questions@dillards.com. We value your feedback. Please come again!" BAHAHAHA!!!! Dillard's....please, either make the minimal effort to actually read reviews and respond accordingly, or just don't respond! There are so many better options available than this outdated store! Thank you again for the horrible experience and the laughs provided by your response! read more

I would give this 0 stars if I could. Bought a pair of shoes that were so slippery I fell and scuffed them. The manager refused to accommodate the situation, refused to offer a discount. And was extremely rude. don't go back here! find another store. read more

This is a pretty big location. They have some great stuff and good deals. I think the one in Kenwood has a little more variety but it is definitely worth checking out if you're closer to Liberty Mall. read more

This Dillard's location is my fav, sorry Kenwood store. I find this location to be more organized. I actually prefer the fact it's smaller. I travel often, if there is not a Dillards one comes to appreciate this retail establishment much more! read more

Nice store but nothing was available in our size. Everything was out. This time of year inventory is important but for them I guess not. read more

Dillard's - At dollars looking for boots - Department Stores Near Me - Liberty Township, Ohio

This Dillard's location is usually nicely stock with frequent sales. As an anchor to the Liberty Center it has its own parking garage which makes for a quick in an out. Probably the largest men's selection of clothes in the area. The shoe department usually has lots of sales. I frequently visit for the Kheils products that are sold here. read more

The store is well lit and clean. Unfortunately, unless you have a significant amount of disposable income this store prices are outside many people's budgets. I went looking for shorts and thought I found the perfect shorts. Problem is they were $70! I saw a shirt I liked, but the price was exhobitant at $135! These products quality don't justify the prices. The shame is that I only two blocks away. Not a store for the average person on a budget. read more

I have a love/hate relationship with this store. Definitely the best Dillard's in the area, but dang they never have prices on any of their items in the beauty section (which is mostly what I go into Dillard's for). I really hate having to ask the price for every single product, it is inconvenient and makes me want to just purchase the products online or at somewhere like Ulta or Sephore where I can actually see the cost. Today, I was doing Christmas shopping with my boyfriend and we were trying to get some eye patches for my sister because there was a sign that said that the products were $15 and when I got to the register it was a $60 product. All this could be avoided by putting a simple price tag either on the product or on the shelf that the product is on. Honestly other than that it is a pretty good Dillard's. Lots of options for all ages and it is pleasant to walk around. I don't buy things in here frequently but when I do I am usually pretty happy with the quality. read more

Very clean and organized Dillard's! This store is located in the Liberty Center Mall. They have high end brands and even has the home store which the Kenwood store is lacking. The associates are very nice here, as they are always willing to assist when you need some assistance. The store always seem to have great finds on the clearance racks. They also have some great sales throughout the year, especially when I was there recently. Much better than the Kenwood location! read more

Amanda was so helpful and informative at the Laura Mercier counter. Great deals everywhere else in the store. Will be a frequent customer.

I shopped in the kids department yesterday spending over 250 dollars but because of the color of my skin, I was followed around and had the sheriffs called to harass me. I didn't look suspicious, I didn't have any large purses or bags. I went home and thought about it and I'll be returning the items today and never shipping here again. read more

Horrible customer service. Waited forever to be helped while the employee just chatted with other non customers.

Shoe department: I'm only giving it one star because they had the boot I wanted. Service was AWFUL! Went to the new Dilliard's TO BUY a pair of Hunter boots. Of the 4 sales people in the shoe department, 0 helped me. Not one made eye contact with me. I had to chase down a sales woman to ask for a boot in my size. She brought me 4 boxes and walked away. I had to track down another to ask about the sock that goes with it. While she was dusting, she said they didn't have many left and didn't offer to go look. I left empty handed. I guess I'll have to make the trek to Nordstroms! All sales people seemed more concerned with dusting then selling shoes. So disappointed. read more
