The day of install they didn't have any of the hardware to put together the bed frame. They then told me that the next availability to come out with the screws would be a week and a half. Day of revisit, they didn't bring all of the screws. Going on now 2+ weeks without our bed frame and our mattress on the floor. Hands down the worst experience I've ever received. Especially when you're spending almost 3k on a bed frame.

Do they even have competent managers?…read more Ordered $9,000 in furniture in May from them and haven't received any of it (it's now mid-Sept). They scheduled delivery and confirmed it. Then no-show. Customer service was rude about it for their mistake! Then they rescheduled it and confirmed it. Assured 100% by two reps. It was supposed to be today... and they just cancelled it again. They have no idea when it'll be rescheduled. They say there isn't anything they can do about it. Customer service tells us to call the store. The store tells us to call customer service. They tell us to talk to their supervisors.... No one wants to own it... some blame the "system processes" and others blame computers and others blame their employees. They blame us for being mad that we don't... have $9000 of our furniture we ordered (of which all but a sectional we ordered said in-stock). The other one they have no idea... but assured us when we ordered it's be ready we'll before September.... Crate and Barrel is a mess. Terrible management. Terrible customer service.

My husband and I had a great Experience at Sleep Outfitters on Fields Ertel with the store manager…read moreChris Humphrey. Chris helped us select the proper mattress for my husband and I since we both have such different sleep styles, and needed a split king. Chris really took the time to evaluate our unique needs, and the coolest part was how he helped us do a quick 3-minute evaluation on their Bed Match machine. He described how the Bed Match machine uses science to help select the best mattress for us, as it senses our pressure points and where we needed more or less support. We highly recommend shopping at Sleep Outfitters on Fields Ertel and using the Bed Match machine, it completely took the guesswork out of the selection process for us. We ultimately selected one of their Tempur Breeze mattresses which in our opinion combined the best comfort/support/cool sleep that we just couldn't find in other products we tested. The adjustable base feature that we added was a game changer as well, it has a wind down feature that we will use in the evenings to really get our bodies ready for great sleep. We stayed within our budget and even took advantage of their easy 60-month 0% interest financing, and Chris even threw in a few free gifts! Thank you to Chris and Sleep Outfitters for making the process of buying our new mattress easy and affordable. Oh, and in addition every mattress they sell comes with a LIFETIME low price guarantee. Now that's value.

We were very happy that he was working that day. We rolled up right at 9am when the store opened just to casually look but ended up purchasing a new mattress. Steven was informative, low pressure and super easy to talk to. He never felt pushy or like he was just wanting a sale. This is precisely the kind of person that we like to buy from. When we stopped in a few days later to confirm that we liked the bed (we are overthinkers) we were even more happy that we had purchased from Steven as the salespeople working that day were extremely over the top and not our vibe. Steven was super cool, and super helpful. We received our mattress a few days ago and we LOVE IT! We have been sleeping so much better. Thanks, Steven!

The customer 'service' is a total joke at the corporate level. I've been trying to get my items replaced for 406 days. I called the store a few days later and asked for Beth. She wasn't there. Taymee is who I spoke to instead. Taymee was unpleasant. She treated me like I was a burden. Her tone and sighs clearly indicated she was uninterested in answering my questions or helping me place an order. She put me on hold at least 5 times, tried to rush me off the phone, and said she'd send the quote to my email and I could just call back and deal with Beth later. I never received the email. Beth contacted me a few days later, and again was lovely. I wanted to see some chairs I was considering in person so Beth said I could come to the store to see them, but she'd be on vacation so Taymee could help me. I reached out again asking for the quote via email and Taymee did not respond. After a few days I sent another email which Taymee did reply to saying simply "I sent the quote. Here it is again". No greeting, no let me know if you have questions... I noticed on the terrible picture she took of a printed quote my email was incorrect. I replied with a friendly message to let her know. I again received a short, unfriendly reply "Okay. Thank you." Your customers don't care who gets commission. We expect kind, friendly, courteous, helpful customer service no matter who we talk to. And at your price points you should offer nothing less than exceptional customer service. I'd be happy to forward the email correspondence. Just provide an email address. I expected much more from your company. In the next 1-2 months I'll be spending up to $20k in furnishings and it's unfortunate it won't be with Arhaus.

One was purchased at their large Fairfield location and the last two at this Kenwood location. The first two mattresses held up very well. I still have the mattress we purchased 6 years ago and it's in great shape. We did purchase the mid range mattress this time - just a preference in firmness needed for a bad back. So - I do hope that it holds up as well as the last two mattress, as they were the top range. The salesperson was helpful in finding us the right mattress our needs - without being too pushy. The bed delivery was done quickly. They even helped to put on the mattress protector. Overall - we've been pleased with Original Mattress Factory.

This location had many options for anything you need to organize especially in regards to closet organization. Half this store is dedicated to closets. I was in the market for collapsible crates for general storage purposes (groceries in the trunk of a car for example). I couldn't find any collapsible containers made of hard plastic - not like cloth or basket types of containers that I found in the store. This location did not have what I was looking for, but gave me tons of ideas for other areas of my home in need of organization. A lot of the storage containers seemed very expensive for what you're getting. I found these modular crates that would have been perfect for my needs had they been collapsible. However, 1 for $20? Ouch. I found what I needed on Amazon 3 for $29, collapsible, and the same size as what I found in this store. I will definitely be stopping by this location again in the future for general ideas and sizing, but will most likely shop elsewhere when it comes to pricing.

Went straight to voicemail several times over the course of 2 hours so I left a voicemail asking to call back. Also tried emailing, but the email bounced back due to being an invalid email address so then I emailed through the website. Still no answer, a day later. Also tried visiting the Facebook webpage listed on the website, but it too was an invalid link. I was able to add the dresser to my shopping cart online and there was a little message that popped up at the top recommending to call about the item, but it seemed like I could've followed through with paying for it if I really wanted to. At this point I questioned if this place was still in business and wasn't about to send my money to nowhere. I ended up driving down to Cinci for another item on the other side of town from this place and decided to just stop by since I was going to be down here anyway. Store was open. The 3 guys there were friendly and welcoming, but they informed us the item had already sold. So it still wasted about an hour of my time adding this stop to my trip. I'm sure they are pleasant to work with and they probably pride themselves with finding nice antiques, but I'm frustrated by the many failed attempts to contact them via multiple avenues and the wildly outdated website.
