Told me the advantages of each unit and even gave me a flyer, yep I know anyone can do this, but they really went the extra mile. I was not pressured into trying to buy something, I wasn't told about the deal that ends today and told if I buy tomorrow it will cost more. Not of that garbage. Since I am in Liberty Twp, he even recommend I check on zoning, which I did and this reminded me why I don't like government at times... Money for nothing and taxes for everything. Even just to replace my existing unit a building permit ok, I get that, but if I went bigger than I need a second building permit and to file multiple copies of a building plan... ugh Can't I just email one copy and you send it. Sorry for the rant. These people are the best in the area, come see them if you need a shed or a small garage, or make it into a large playhouse for the kids. They have you covered.

Called Rumpke immediately and instead of sending the driver back they are now scheduling a separate pick up 24 to 48 hours later. This presents a terrible look for me in the Tara Plantation Pointe community. Just another example of a lousy company with bad communication and a lack of concern for customer service.

They moved things incredibly fast and were very careful with our things. 4. They didn't charge us any extra for the 2 big things we added to the move despite us telling them upfront that we were willing to pay a bit more. 5. They were super courteous and willing to move things twice at our destination when I was not sure where I wanted things to go. 6. They got done really fast, got rugs to lay down to protect our carpets from tracking and saved us a bunch of money. All in all, I would highly recommend them and would use them again if I ever need to move.
