I checked my account Friday 1/3 and had a zero balance and Monday 1/6 I got an email saying it was past due. I've only had the unit 2 months, when I reserved it I wasn't able to get in, I didn't have the gate code, when I finally reached someone they said they tried to call me and couldn't get through. I had no missed calls or voice mails, they also had my street address and email address so they could have contacted me that way. The just complete lack of response is frustrating, I've been trying for over two weeks now.
