Ashley called me and left a message on my voicemail about the review, but did not elaborate on the call. So I called Ashley back on 5/12/2026, and she thanked me for the review and notifying their office about the broken doors. She went on to say that a man rammed the doors and broke them and that he would be charged. I thought the call was going rather well, but things changed. She got very defensive when I was trying to explain to her that the security of the stairwell doors had been compromised in the past when someone put something to prop the doors open to the second floor she kept cutting me off and then finally she just hung up on me. So I called her back and she refused to answer the call by just hanging up on me. She must've been having a bad day because managers or people who are reading reviews should be listening to what the customer has to say about security issues with their buildings.
