When I tried going to my unit today, my gate code no longer works and I've received no communication indicating a change, suspension or other issue. There are no employees onsite at any time, and when calling the phone I first had to listen to/decline (5) separate ads for completely unrelated services, at which point I was connected to a chatbot that claimed the business I was trying to reach is not a recognized client. The website is down. This has all the markings of a business that is either heading into bankruptcy or has been sold to a holding company.

They did not handle the transition of the account well. I had to come into the front office during work hours to straighten out the account problems. 15+ lockers were broken into on the weekend of 5 Feb 2022. Mine was one of them. Numerous maintenance issues. Security doors not closing properly, debris remining in the halls and parking bays for months. Both elevators were out of service on 28 Feb 2022. There are no stairs to get to the second level, therefore my locker was inaccessible on Monday and I had to make alternate arrangements to store my vehicle load of stuff until they get their facility repaired. Obviously looking for another facility in the area. I suggest you move on to the next review and skip this facility. 2022 FEB

On paper, it checked a lot of boxes, and I was initially excited. That excitement didn't last long. After a snowfall, the plowing situation was a major issue. The property is plowed just enough for vehicles to pass through, but snow is pushed directly in front of the outdoor units. My 5x5 unit ended up with nearly two feet of packed snow blocking the door for several days. When I contacted the office, I was told I was responsible for shoveling it out myself and that this is stated in the lease. That may be technically true, but it's not something most customers expect from a paid storage facility. Beyond that, the unit itself has drawbacks. The ceiling height is noticeably lower than comparable units I've rented elsewhere, and the floor is uneven, which makes installing shelving frustrating and unstable. Overall, the pricing and location are decent, but access issues and unit quality make this hard to recommend, especially in winter.
