They really need to clean the inside of their vehicles before renting to the next customer! The inside of the vehicle smelled like cigarette smoke and weed. The inside of the windshield, the dashboard, steering wheel, seats and floors were dirty! I get it, there are rental trucks, but one should expect them to be cleaned every once in a while. To top it off, I was not credited for the extra gas I put in the truck beyond what was in it at pick up (1/2 tank of gas and then filled the gas tank up to 3/4 tank before returning, as I wasn't quite sure how much to fill it to get back to 1/2 tank. I asked for a credit and the U-Haul staff at the U-Haul Moving & Storage of Milford, OH location said they could not credit me because they didn't have a button for that. That's not fair or a good customer experience, especially when gas is $5 per gallon and U-haul charges $10+ per gallon if the vehicle is returned with less than what was in the tank at pick up! I doubt anyone at U-Haul will even read this feedback or do anything to make it right. I suppose all I can do is leave this bad review on social media to warn others.

I've drove a lot of vehicles from heavy equipment, big trucks to regular truck & small cars in my life and military service. Some conversions are normal in these types of vehicles. However try 26' truck I rented was far beyond normal. I filed the complaint with Uhaul, they were sending out someone to lol at the vehicle but due to time constraints for the rental I had to cancel it but made sure that the complaint would be followed up on. While retuning the vehicle the traction control light came on (unloaded mind you/ tow haul off well as I did driving to the pickup location) the vibrations unloaded were intense and it's not the road conditions either they were dry and not wet, typical road bumps on 275/471/71/75 etc. and these are roads I've driven my entire life. The Milford location Asst. mgr. called me after a "30 minute diagnosis from the mechanic" stated there was nothing wrong with the vehicle. So I have submitted the videos my 12 yr took while driving the truck To Uhaul itself as that location is not a franchised one. I am asking for the full refund of the rental $167.65 plus the $35.00 for the fuel. I've rented from Uhaul plenty of times and never experienced this type of situation from any of the rentals and I usually rent 20-26' trucks anytime I rent from them.

Milford Self storage, with the indoor climate controlled units were always great. We used them in the summer and fall - we visited our unit often, almost weekly, and the temperature never fluctuated - we are extremely pleased with them and will use them when we need storage again.

I accept the price changes, but the recent notification stating that they will ONLY TAKE CREDIT CARDS OR DEBIT CARDS is not the way I do business. I have always been on time with my bank doing auto payments. When I called my call was not returned, when I called again I was very rudely treated. Move if you want to was the general tone. When I asked to talk to a higher management I was told a firm NO. When I ask to have higher management call me, I was also told NO. It has always been very well maintained, but what is next.

Management was utterly useless. I'm going to have to go back tomorrow to speak to someone higher up and get this solved. I'm out memories possessions that belong to dead relatives that I can never get back because they're obviously dead. Not to mention the emotional distress that I am now receiving because of this, if they had given me a call that some thing had occurred I could've possibly have saved some items and when I went inside to ask them if they had anything in their system regarding it she outright said no, no one said anything to them. There was nothing in the system about anything wrong with my unit this is blatant negligence and completely ridiculous.
