We needed a lot of extra care and help because we were trying to get things taken care of while out of state. The manager, Jeff was so accommodating with all of my requests for help. He went above and beyond to help wherever he could and never made it feel like an inconvenience, even though we were moving out of the unit. If you're deciding between two storage facilities, hands down, pick this one. They actually care about your stuff and providing great service.

THEY WILL DISCRIMINATE on AGE of vehicle! So any of you airstream owners or Avion owners you might as well forget about it unless you can prove that the vehicle is 10 years or younger in age. Of course I wondered what would happen if your vehicle age is out while you're in the park? I bet they automatically eject you if they're following their "policy"! Also, they have a 50 pound and under weight limit for dogs. And apparently also a breed restriction! You can be the nicest person in the world with the nicest dog in the world and nicest camper in the world, but if you don't fit into their little pigeon hole guidelines, you might as well forget it! I mean, after all this is Reading, Ohio for Christ sake! Which let's face it, is a lower middle class community to begin with!! Go somewhere else where they will accept you and your pets and equipment instead of having snotty restrictions!

Do not rent from this place. I have tried to get into my storage unit 3 times during access hours…read more& have not been able to get in past 8p. they did not update the gate hours with the time change even after bringing up the concern to management. They also keep Their dumpster locked & require a fee to throw anything in it. I have had a TERRIBLE experience at this storage unit facility.
