Deanna is very friendly and helpful. She gave me a personal tour of the grounds, showed me the rental space for my approval, and explained every detail to me so that I fully understood what I was getting and what payment options are available. She is very experienced and doesn't try to rent or sell you something you do not need. Deanna even pointed out a corner where she recommended we swing the trailer wide of the building to avoid hitting it. (Clearly, some less experienced drivers have hit the protective poles there a few times!) Like I said, she is detail oriented. The only reason I gave four stars and not five is because our space is a tight squeeze for our truck when we hitch up or unhitch. Our space is very close to one of the buildings. Yesterday I came by to check on my trailer and contents. I noticed that they had replaced one of the security keypads that we use at the exit. The old pad was well-worn and some of the numbers and symbols had been hard to see. I think this shows that they maintain this facility well, so I stopped into the office to thank Deanna.

The two movers were masked at all times (at my request), were meticulously careful to not damage any wall in either house, and were incredibly easy to work with. They successfully disassembled the refrigerator so that it could make it through the doors of my 100 year old home and ensured that everything was reattached properly on each refrigerator.
