One of the worst Extra Space locations you'll find…read more I rented a unit in March 2026 and all seemed fine. The first issue, though, was with getting a lock off because later that month I had lost the key to it. I tried for two days straight to get ahold of someone there during the week and during business hours, which was to no avail. They are supposed to be manned M-F during business hours but of course, they weren't. I then had to call a neighboring storage company who sent someone over 2-3 hours later to help out. Today, July 22nd, 2026, I see a pre-auth come thru on my credit card for $120 when my normal amount was $60.37. I am now looking back and they charged me $120 DURING JUNE AS WELL - MEANING I ONLY GOT MY AGREED UPON RATE FOR TWO MONTHS ONLY BEFORE THEY DOUBLED IT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They then said they "sent out increase notices in May, by mail" and I asked why in the hell would you not send it by EMAIL? They said "Well that's super important so we send it to the home address......." So why wouldnt you ALSO send it by EMAIL.........? She called back and is saying "well we can lower your rate to $94.XX a month. If we do that will you stay?" I said no, I want the extra $60 REFUNDED for the last two months AND it put back to $60/month she flat out said no but that "we are trying to worth with you here" so basically trying to gaslight the living F out of me when they DOUBLED and then want my sympathy as if they're the good guys. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE LOW-LIFES EVER AGAIN. AGREEING TO A RATE OF $60.37 IN MARCH TO THEN DOUBLE IT 3 MONTHS LATER IS PREDATORY AND DISGUSTING. RIPOFF.

It took them 3 1/2 hours to move all our worldly belongings from a storage unit into our new home, and that includes a half hour drive from one place to the other! For the record, it took our other movers more than 8 hours to move us into that same storage unit. The crew was fun and friendly and no one ever stopped moving. I actually told them to slow down at one point! I stood back and directed and they got everything into its new home. They all came in to thank us when they were done, and offered to move anything that we didn't like its placement. Seriously a good service.

They showed up with a truck that couldn't fit everything out of a two-bedroom apartment. They even ran out of packing tape and used my decorating tape instead. They left an entire room full of stuff behind. They don't know how to pack a truck properly, so I had to hire another mover. When I called them, they promised they could return in a week to pick up the remaining belongings. I had to be out in two days, and they said they would give me a partial refund, but that was a lie. They didn't mark the boxes, broke and chipped furniture, and just dumped things into boxes. SCAM

At the end of the walk through, Jared reviewed what it would take to move all of my belongings and reassured me that all items to be moved would easily fit into their standard moving van. He also said he, Jared, would arrive on the day of the move with a crew of very capable and experienced guys. However, in the day of the move Jared never showed and left me with crew with very little experience. From the very start leader expressed to me that he had doubts that everything would fit in the truck and subsequently the storage unit I had, the size of which I chose based on Jared's reassurances. From the very beginning, the crew repeatedly packed and repacked the truck to make it all fit and by the time it was fully loaded and ready to go to the storage unit they had been working for 5+ hours which was already more than the 4.5 hours I was told would be the time for the entire move, loading and unloading. When we reached the storage unit, the process was repeated. The crew began unloading but each person had a different opinion of how to get everything in the storage units. By the time everything was out of the truck and stored away, it was past 9 pm. Eleven plus hours from start to finish. At that point, the lead crew member spoke with Jared, he blamed everything on me as if my input caused them to turn into absolute morons who couldn't move their way out of a paper bag. I was present for the entire move but the only suggestions or requests I made were only made when the crew leader came to me and asked what he should do. I did ask, since I had rented 2 storage units that they try to put the furniture in the indoor unit. But when I saw the confusion that ensued, I simply told them to pack as they saw fit and that I did not want to get in their way.I I would not recommend Robinson Relocations to anybody. I think Jared is a crook!Please beware!!!

Also - do you ever wonder how they have so many reviews or that the workers are almost always named? Mostly all on the big search engine. It's because they pull up the review page on their own device and tell you to write the review - right then and there in your driveway - after running your credit card on the device, that just looks like their personal cell phone. That's exactly what they did to my husband. Also made him take a picture of them to use in the review.

This facility was acquired by iStorage ( https://www.istorage.com/storage/ohio/storage-units-loveland/4100-US-Route-22-W-853 ) in December of 2021. I started my rental at the end of November 2021. They did not handle the transition of the account well. I had to come into the front office during work hours to straighten out the account problems. 15+ lockers were broken into on the weekend of 5 Feb 2022. Mine was one of them. Numerous maintenance issues. Security doors not closing properly, debris remining in the halls and parking bays for months. Both elevators were out of service on 28 Feb 2022. There are no stairs to get to the second level, therefore my locker was inaccessible on Monday and I had to make alternate arrangements to store my vehicle load of stuff until they get their facility repaired. Obviously looking for another facility in the area. I suggest you move on to the next review and skip this facility. 2022 FEB

I've only had the unit 2 months, when I reserved it I wasn't able to get in, I didn't have the gate code, when I finally reached someone they said they tried to call me and couldn't get through. I had no missed calls or voice mails, they also had my street address and email address so they could have contacted me that way. The just complete lack of response is frustrating, I've been trying for over two weeks now.
