We rented a 10' U-Haul for our move to another city just a few hours away. We didn't need their full moving service, we really just needed help with wrapping and packing the U-Haul. The guys arrived within our agreed-upon timeframe. They texted me to let me know when they coming. They were very courteous and professional to our family and they reassured us and told us not worry about anything. They got to work right away. They wrapped and packed up several bedroom dressers and a sofa, loveseat and oversized chair - the bulky, heavier stuff that's harder for friends and family to help with - with ease. They showed great care handling our items, which I really appreciated. When the oversized love seat wouldn't fit out the door, they rapidly came up with Plan B and successfully got out through our other door. They were even able to squeeze in Grandma's pink heirloom rocking chair as the final item. They backed up the U-Haul as close to the house as they could get for added security, which allowed us to park our other car in the driveway. We tried to get their picture for this Yelp review, but they were done in a flash, then they were out the door! We thought their pricing was fair. These guys were awesome. Big thanks first of all to Jared for following up with me about the amount of stuff I needed to move so we were able to determine the number of movers to send and make the job go smoothly. They were nice and upfront with costs when I reached out for an estimate and were ready to answer my questions. On the day of, these guys all showed up ready to work, were very friendly, and had great attitudes. They didn't waste time and were quick without sacrificing care for my stuff. Recommend them 100% and will be keeping them in mind if and when I look to move again. This was my first time trying to use professional relocation service. I have to say they did a fabulous job! They showed up promptly with all the materials needed for packing and these two guys, Brian and Jared, they really know how to do moving! They disassemble, wrap up, load, unload, unpack, reassemble and make sure every single item is at where you want it to be. Dealing with them was a lot easier than dealing with those top moving companies especially if you have a relative small home. Those companies usually treat you like you barely worth their time (despite that they still charge a lot more) The Robinson guys cared about me and my stuff. I couldn't be happier with my experience. I needed heavy-duty movers for a specialty move of an exceptionally heavy piece of furniture and an exceptionally heavy treadmill base. The movers arrived on time and proceeded to carefully move the items per my instructions. I was pleased with their professionalism and willingness to listen to my concerns. The items were moved to my satisfaction and without issue. Important to note is that Robinson Relocations carries all of the insurances and especially workers' compensation insurance because I know how important that insurance is to protect its workers and the customer if a worker is injured on the job. After hiring a second moving company to handle a very heavy treadmill that the first moving company would not move; and having that second moving company smash up my house and quit because the treadmill was too heavy - I reached out to these guys. Thank God. These guys were the pros I was hoping for in the first place. Had a very small in-house job, moving up a couple of large pieces of furniture from our basement to our garage. Other companies had a "2-hour minimum," but Robinson Relocations was willing to do a reasonable flat fee. They were extremely timely and communicative.
