The movers arrived late (they booked another move before us after telling us we were first). They did not have enough blankets or plastic wrap, and they knocked a rather large chunk off the corner of one piece of furniture and dented (long deep scratch) another. Major disappointment and undependable. They came highly recommended by several friends, so I had good expectations. Unfortunately, 2hrs before they were supposed to show up, they canceled by email because of a worker injury the night before. They didn't even bother to call. I understand things happen, but a cancelation that late deserves a phone call. In the email they suggested rescheduling to 2 days later at a discounted rate. I replied to the email asking them to call me. It's been 24hrs and still no call. I called their number and it always goes to voice mail, and the voice mail is full, so I couldn't leave a message. At that point, I realized they aren't dependable and we're going to need to scramble to find another mover last minute. Moving is stressful enough on its own, and the movers are supposed to make it easier on you, not add to the stress. So, do yourself a favor and hire different movers. read more

We have used All the Kings Men Moving twice now while moving here to Cincy area, and I can't say enough good things about them. Our first instance we had two large PODS units that were packed full. They only sent two guys because they underestimated my packing skills , but they really amazed me and got it done in about three hours. Second time we had the same guys unload a 15' UHaul, and they rocked that out in 1.5 hours. Very reasonable rates, and they don't try to gouge you like some companies. Everyone we dealt with was very friendly and respectful. Lionel and Corbin took great care of our belongings both times and were very fast! We will definitely be using them for any future moves! I just wish we would have known about them earlier to handle the first part of our move. read more

Donny and Lionel were AMAZING! I'm very late in posting this, but still wanted to make sure they get the credit they deserve! I scheduled last minute and they were able to do it and perfectly on time. They were so positive and fun to work with. I had furniture that needed to fit through awkward stair wells and they went above and beyond to make it work. Not to mention, my AC was turned off already and it was extremely hot but never once did they complain or slow down. They stuck with me the whole day and really cared about making sure everything made it safely to my new apartment. I will definitely use them again. I had All King's Men Movers help my Son and I move today ! Blake was one of our movers. He was an awesome young man that was very kind, careful , and meticulous about his job! This was not an easy move ! It was from a second floor apartment with killer steps !!! These men did not stop in the middle of the job they kept working!!! All the way to the end !! BUYER BEWARE!!! DO NOT BOOK All the Kings Men. If I could give them zero stars I would. I booked them a month ago based on a referral from U-Haul and scheduled AND paid in advance through movinghelp.com. Before booking I read their reviews and addressed my concerns to Corbin (the so called "moving manager") about the reviews that said they did not show. He told me they are nothing less than professional and those people who wrote bad reviews didn't not have the money to pay for their move. Well I paid upon booking and they DID NOT SHOW!! When they were 20 minutes late I called Corbin and he didn't answer my call but texted back he was checking to see where his guys were. 30 minutes later he said they were finishing up a job and would be right over. 2 hours late he said no worries they are almost on their way. 3 hours late nothing. 4 hours late nothing. Would not answer calls nor texts. I cannot express to you how unprofessional these movers are. I now know they are only in business because they are cheap. You get what you pay for. Advice to all moving soon....do your research, do not pay in advance and spend some extra money to hire professional movers. Not these clowns who got off their parents couches and decided to start a moving company. I booked 2 movers for 2 hours with this company over one week ago. They were scheduled to load our moving truck (which we rented separately from budget) at 10am -noon today Friday August 1st. 10am...nobody here...1030 I start calling to see when they will arrive. Someone finally gets back with me at almost 11 and says she will try to see what's going on. She then calls me back at 1130 and says she's trying to get someone over by 12 and if not it looks like ill have to wait until 4-5pm (6 hours late). She then calls me back after 12 and told me the soonest they can have someone out there is 10pm!!!! That is 12 hours late! The only explanation she gave was that they were working on a delay today. Basically they received a job that paid more than mine and took it thus moving me not only back a few hours but 12 hours later than expected. I booked it, confirmed it, and paid a deposit over 1 week in advance. This type of business practice is garbage and due to this issue I had to pay double at another provider to come same day and load the truck for me. I now have to pay extra to re-book the movers that were going to unload the truck for me 5 hours away from here since I have to try and schedule something for tomorrow now that I have missed my appointment for today. I also have to pay more now that the truck will need to be rented an additional day as well. This is absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with any moving company. Booking with them actually cost me more than double what I would have spent anywhere else after the additional costs I had to spend to rectify their mistake. Horrible customer service, unreliable, shady....what more can I say. Thanks for nothing. read more

These guys were wonderful and I'd absolutely use them again if needed. I had problems with my uhaul and they were flexible and even then still showed up on time when I asked! Very personable, friendly, funny! They knew what they were doing and they brought things with them the average person wouldn't think of (rope to hold stuff in, wrapping to keep drawers shut). Movers can be very expensive, but it doesn't have to be that way. If you drive a moving truck (use Penske instead of uhaul; UHaul has ripped me off twice), and you need men who quickly and safely move large household or office items, and who know how to pack a truck, hire these guys. I've worked with Donny and Lionel twice. They helped moved my wife and me last fall (2017), and helped moved my mother in August (2018)....Under $500 each time, and finished fast. They even brought their own padding and blankets for the truck. They showed great care and respect for our property. read more

Booked service when I noticed 5 star rating on Uhaul site. They were not the cheapest option, but the 5 stars hooked me. Reserved on line for 2 movers, 2 hours. After a phone confirmation call with Daniel I bumped up to 3 movers since I wanted to finish in 2 hours. Schedule was confirmed for Weds at 3 pm for 3 movers (April 26th). Received text on day of move that earlier move was going longer and movers would be late. After numerous no responses, Daniel finally texted the movers would arrive at 5pm. Two movers arrived at 6 pm. The movers said they had car trouble. Unfortunately the experience continued to get worse. One of the movers was unable to lift material and consistently complained and took breaks. I ended up moving a lot of the items myself. The final issue came when Daniel texted and mentioned there would be no credit even though I was short 1 mover. I would highly recommend finding another service. read more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I made a reservation 3 weeks in advanced. They called me an hour before we were scheduled to use their services (9am to 1pm) to confirm they would be at our home at 9am. When no one was there by 9:30, we called to see what was going on. We were told they were 45 minutes away, but would be there by 10:15. At 11, we called again and were told they were "having problems processing our order." It was not a payment issue, but the woman wouldn't tell us what was wrong. I asked if their truck broke down or if someone failed to show up for work, but she refused to tell me why they couldn't show up. They offered to move us the following day with 1 hour free. Seeing as this was 2 hours into our scheduled moving time and that they were obviously lying when they said they were on their way to our house, I would have expected at least 2 hours free for the time we spent waiting let alone the inconvenience. Furthermore, I wasn't interested in a.) giving them ANY of our money, or b.) risking that they might not show up again. But our options were limited. When we called them back to confirm that we needed them for the next day, they did not answer and their voicemail was full. We called every 20 minutes all day. We had to be out our rental by the end of the day so we ended up having to rent a U-haul and babysitter last minute because we were forced to move everything ourselves. BEWARE-- unprofessional and unreliable. read more

STAY AWAY!! I would give ZERO STARS if I could. Do NOT hire these people. Daughter had reserved two moving helpers from All the Kings Men for two hours through moving help.com to load her UBox. They called the day before and said they would be there between11-12. By 12:30 no one came or called so she started calling and leaving messages on their voicemail. Around 1:30 someone called her back and said the crew was delayed on another job and would be there by 2:30. 3:00 still no show and started calling again but phone didn't even ring just straight to voicemail. Messages left and no one calked back. By 4:00 we started calling around and were able to find another company to come help since we had to be out by 7:00 and return the Ubox. Gulliver's Movers saved us and did get the box loaded by 7:00 - took less than 2 hours-and NO ONE from All The Kings Men ever showed up nor did they call. Had to spend the night here in a hotel to deliver the box this morning to Uhaul since we missed their closing time due to the long delay. Terrible terrible company!!! read more

The mover/cleaner was helpful and did a good job but was very late. We agreed on 9 am clean and 11am move. The clean didn't get started until 1030 and they didn't show up to move until 5pm. Then they wanted to charge me extra. I won't be using this company ever again. read more
