I can't recommend this place more highly to anyone looking for a trusted place to store their…read morestuff. We needed a lot of extra care and help because we were trying to get things taken care of while out of state. The manager, Jeff was so accommodating with all of my requests for help. If you're deciding between two storage facilities, hands down, pick this one. They actually care about your stuff and providing great service.

This business dropped the ball twice while I was visiting from out of town. I did not have my…read moreinformation with me to access my unit so I called at 3:30, apparently after hours and explained what I thought I needed to gain access and was assured I would be able to go into my unit. I arrived during the only time frame I had open, could not gain access, Called customer service again and was told someone would contact me immediately. This did not happen, and I had to leave without my items. I live 10 hours away, and was only in town for a 3 hour window. When I contacted the facility and told them what happened, I was assured that I would be contacted later in the week with a solution. Three weeks later, I had to contact the facility again to basically be told that it was my fault, and that there was nothing that they could do. Poor customer service to say the least. Beware storing your items here. Less than six months ago they had a flash flood and some units belongings were ruined. I still don't know if my unit was affected because I was unable to obtain access, but apparently flash floods are an issue here. Supposedly, they are going to contact me again, but I doubt I will ever hear from them. If I do, I will be more than happy to revise my review if I get any customer service.

Well, they have a shitty policy about no RVs older than 10 years in age. It doesn't matter if the…read morething looks brand new and has been impeccably taken care of. THEY WILL DISCRIMINATE on AGE of vehicle! So any of you airstream owners or Avion owners you might as well forget about it unless you can prove that the vehicle is 10 years or younger in age. Of course I wondered what would happen if your vehicle age is out while you're in the park? I bet they automatically eject you if they're following their "policy"! Also, they have a 50 pound and under weight limit for dogs. And apparently also a breed restriction! You can be the nicest person in the world with the nicest dog in the world and nicest camper in the world, but if you don't fit into their little pigeon hole guidelines, you might as well forget it! I mean, after all this is Reading, Ohio for Christ sake! Which let's face it, is a lower middle class community to begin with!! Go somewhere else where they will accept you and your pets and equipment instead of having snotty restrictions!
