I opened my storage account about eight months ago in the spring for a total of $85 a month. Suddenly in January overnight my rent nearly doubled to $155! I could understand a 10% increase or whatever but to nearly double?! It's outrageous! They claim that they sent me a letter, but I never received anything. I live out of state and was planning to keep my things there for the next year, I can't easily get out there to move my things out to a different storage facility. I feel completely taken advantage of. Please do not rent from here! After just a few months, they will increase your rent and not buy just a little bit, they will nearly double it. And to add insult to injury, the same space is renting for $80 online! But they expect me to be $155 for it as a loyal existing customer? The owner Mike needs to have his head checked! Why would you treat good customers like that? Disgusting!

They charged us 75.90 for the first two months until I caught the error and they corrected it stating they made a mistake and was charging us insurance even though they received our proof of insurance. Then the price increased dramatically January 2024 from $63.80 to $104.37 without any warning! They claim they mailed a letter warning of the dramatic increase, but we never received any letter nor email. I called to ask if they could honor the agreed upon price for one more month as we received no notification and the owner who I spoke to one the phone, Mike, was extremely rude and wouldn't even discuss it. Seriously that's over a 60% increase in rent. I would understand 5-10% tops. Way to take advantage of people once you have their belongings as hostage. Needless to say we moved out in January and would NOT RECOMMEND STORING YOUR STUFF HERE WITH THIS CROOK! Look elsewhere

i posted a review regarding store space self storage on S erie blvd hamilton oh and the company…read morereplied for me to call them at the phone number listed below my review with a name of a business manager. i called. the woman working said she is not familiar with that name (kimberly M business manager) and she sounded very surprised that i was told to call that number rather than a different number to reach a manager. she kept asking me: and they replied telling you to call THIS phone number?? and i said yes and kept repeating the phone number left for me which is the office number that has me on the phone currently with this lady. so if this lady doesn't know who the business manager is... and doesn't know how to reach the business manager with this name..... then where do you think this leaves the customers??? in the dark and with NO HELP that's where it leaves us. what's the point in responding to the reviews and directing customers to call a number if workers do not know who you are or how to reach you???
