He explained different options and worked with me to save me the most money. I have had no problems with the pricing, it was exactly as described. I reported a broken door handle and he was very prompt in getting it fixed the next day. My family will continue to use this location as it is so centrally located for us and provides what we need.

Secondly, my husband and I were deliberately lied to about getting 50% off the next month's rent. I was having trouble creating a login to pay my 50% off for the month of September 2016 and I called in to get some assistance and Customer Service Rep referred my call to her District Manager and after getting logged in to my surprise I notice the adjustment had not been made. When I went to question it with Management he told me that I was not able to honor it because we had not paid the first and next month's rent up front. I explained to him the Customer Service Rep. had not informed us that we had to do that. She lied to management and us and said she had told us when we signed the contract which was a third lie. Management told me we had to pay the full amount and would not be able to get an adjustment no questions asked. We decided to vacate the storage today and gave them the required 10 day notice and was still charged the full amount for September storage. I handed Dana my card for payment and she threw it back at me after the transaction while management was standing there and nothing was said. This is bad business, bad behaviors, deceitful and an awful experience, these folks are liars and hustlers and please beware of scams like this. #Bewareof liars.

The two movers were masked at all times (at my request), were meticulously careful to not damage any wall in either house, and were incredibly easy to work with. They successfully disassembled the refrigerator so that it could make it through the doors of my 100 year old home and ensured that everything was reattached properly on each refrigerator. I really appreciate great service that ensures things move smoothly. I would absolutely use them again for any move, big or small.

Since the transition, we have been pestered with late notices for payment...even though the checks have arrived and been cashed at our bank!
