I ran for my life from there! I couldn't get out fast enough when I was there last! The postal carrier told me it was a drug drop off and I saw a lot of drug activity there! The only decent one was a lady named Allie that tried her best to keep the place running. Hope She is ok cause she was treated inhumane! Deanna is very friendly and helpful. She gave me a personal tour of the grounds, showed me the rental space for my approval, and explained every detail to me so that I fully understood what I was getting and what payment options are available. She is very experienced and doesn't try to rent or sell you something you do not need. Deanna even pointed out a corner where she recommended we swing the trailer wide of the building to avoid hitting it. (Clearly, some less experienced drivers have hit the protective poles there a few times!) Like I said, she is detail oriented. The only reason I gave four stars and not five is because our space is a tight squeeze for our truck when we hitch up or unhitch. Our space is very close to one of the buildings. Yesterday I came by to check on my trailer and contents. I noticed that they had replaced one of the security keypads that we use at the exit. The old pad was well-worn and some of the numbers and symbols had been hard to see. I think this shows that they maintain this facility well, so I stopped into the office to thank Deanna.

While you can pay month to month that is probably the worst way to do it as they change the price based on the market. I was able to hit a flash sale on a 10 x 25 for $71 per month. If I had completed that online it would have charged me for one month. In making a call I rented it for a full year at that price. Any unused time would be refunded. If you know you need the space for an extended period, wait for a deal and pay it upfront for that time. On the first unit I paid for 6 mo. When I realized that I would need it for a longer amount of time I rented for another 6 mo. and it actually cost me less.
