Please read the reviews before renting here! The facility is nice and clean, but not worth the price. I opened my storage account about eight months ago in the spring for a total of $85 a month. Suddenly in January overnight my rent nearly doubled to $155! I could understand a 10% increase or whatever but to nearly double?! It's outrageous! They claim that they sent me a letter, but I never received anything. I live out of state and was planning to keep my things there for the next year, I can't easily get out there to move my things out to a different storage facility. I feel completely taken advantage of. Please do not rent from here! After just a few months, they will increase your rent and not buy just a little bit, they will nearly double it. And to add insult to injury, the same space is renting for $80 online! But they expect me to be $155 for it as a loyal existing customer? The owner Mike needs to have his head checked! College daughter moved in May 2023 on the agreed upon price of $63.90 a month. We sent in proof of our own insurance. They charged us 75.90 for the first two months until I caught the error and they corrected it stating they made a mistake and was charging us insurance even though they received our proof of insurance. Then the price increased dramatically January 2024 from $63.80 to $104.37 without any warning! They claim they mailed a letter warning of the dramatic increase, but we never received any letter nor email. I called to ask if they could honor the agreed upon price for one more month as we received no notification and the owner who I spoke to one the phone, Mike, was extremely rude and wouldn't even discuss it. Seriously that's over a 60% increase in rent. I would understand 5-10% tops. Way to take advantage of people once you have their belongings as hostage. Needless to say we moved out in January and would NOT RECOMMEND STORING YOUR STUFF HERE WITH THIS CROOK! Look elsewhere read more

I moved in last January 2023 to a 10x15 climate controlled unit for $122/month. If I remember right, we got the first month free. I've not had any trouble during the last year until the end of November 2023. At that time I (a senior citizen of 75) got a letter from them claiming that they were going to have to raise my rent after doing a survey of the going rates in the vicinity. Well, the new rate they wanted to up me to is $197 a month up from $122! Funny how it happened just before my 12 month anniversary isn't it? Well, I called them and gave my notice for the end of December, after calling several other storage places, I learned that AAA was lying by checking on other prices in the area. I easily found another very nice place for $120 with a month free. Now, all this happened right at Holiday time when the last thing people want to have to do is pack up and move a storage place. No consideration for me being a senior citizen or a veteran either. Be forewarned, this facility lures you in and then will raise your rate to an obscene amount (62% increase for me) in order to either force you to move out, or to recoup that first month they gave you for 'free'. Whether they did this to others at holiday time, I have no way of knowing, but it sure seems like a good way to make extra profit even if I waited to move a month or two later. It is all a big game with these people. I recommend Ministorage Depot on Tylersville Rd. They are family owned and have been very nice to my son who has been there a while now. read more

I became a customer last night and had trouble gaining access to the unit after hours. Instead of blowing off my email/call, AAA's manager drove over 30 minutes to assist me. I assumed he'd tell me to wait until morning, a pleasant surprise. read more

Excellent customer service. Answered all my questions over the phone before I had arrived. Very impressed with the ease of signing the lease to the unit. Very nice unit, clean and well lite. The door props open with the leg on- a nice addition. read more

The gentleman at the front desk was extremly rude and combative. I along with 2 others waited for 30 mins for him to return to the office. A sign on the door had a phone number to call and stated he would return. We called 4 times without any answer. Upon return he appeared annoyed when I asked if I could view the unit I had reserved online. He hastily showed it to me. When discussing pricing I pointed out that the website stated differently. After showing him that he was incorrect he abruptly told me that he "Reserve's the right to change it at any time. And that what I'm doing NOW" He then pulled up the cameras to dispute the fact that I had been waiting for him. Which of course he found to also be true. I stated that I simply wanted the price as advertised, given that's what I based my decision upon. He told me that "I was going to be a PROBLEM tenant and wasn't welcome."
