The floor turned out extremely well with even the HOA manager and board President commenting how well the completed job looked. Affordable Garage ground the concrete 4 directions, cleaned all cracks and sealed and then applied the basecoat and color flakes. Once the basecoat and flakes were cured the topcoat went on. There was no dust or dirt due to vacuum attached to grinders. Communication with the owner was excellent from the first contact to the project completion. Prompt and friendly customer service!

Bush installation crew came back to address obvious seams, fraying edges and raveling. I have learned to live with it, but can't wait until I can justify replacing it.
