Edit on June 16: We are still awaiting resolution on a couple of issues with two of the shades. We…read moreshared the issues immediately after install. Spoke to Hunter Douglas directly and they said they would remake and needed the store to reach out. Waiting for resolution from the store. The review below was written with the trust that the store is working on it and hope it will be resolved soon as it has been a couple of months since the install. We purchased Hunter Douglas shades from JP Flooring and are very happy with our new shades. These are investment items for the house that we use everyday, so we didn't take the decision lightly. After a lot of research and talking to a few local dealers, we felt in the right hands with Stefanie. She never rushed us - she was always patient with questions and very knowledgeable about the product; she helped guide us and listened to our needs. This is a big store, but they have good people there who care about their customers. The experience we had was nothing short of white glove. We have recommended them to family and friends.

Extremely disappointing experience with JP Flooring. Run, Don't Walk Away…read more We hired them to extend and match our existing hardwood floors but were only shown a small handful of prefinished options that did not truly match. After installation, we later learned there were many post-finished/custom options available that should have been discussed from the beginning. Unfortunately, the installation quality was also very poor: * Damaged boards * Incorrect cuts * Damage to our original threshold board * Incomplete trim work around the fireplace * Uneven floor boards * Poor communication throughout the process We even paid for furniture moving, yet only one installer initially arrived, and I ended up helping move heavy furniture myself while recovering from triceps surgery. To JP Flooring's credit, the inspector they later sent acknowledged many of the problems. However, even the written repair summary initially left off one of the biggest unfinished items until we called it out ourselves. There are also uneven areas in the floor, and even JP Flooring's own reviewer stated they "may" settle over time because the baffles do not always line up properly, not exactly reassuring for a newly installed hardwood floor. At this point, we are still trying to get the situation corrected properly. Very frustrating experience overall, especially given the cost and expectations associated with professional hardwood flooring work.

She also has a great sense of style and decorative abilities. She helped me pick out my floor and was with us every step of the way, stopping by daily .I felt she cared about us as people. She always kept me updated, as to material shipping, pick-up and project end. Erica's husband Adam has been doing floors for many years, a family trade learned early from his Father. Adam came by and surveyed the house, did measurements and made suggestions on baseboards, etc. He was happy with my existing baseboards and did not try to sell me anything additional. Now Erica and Adam's team, Kevin and Raoul are the best. Efficient, honest and kind, they did such a fantastic job on our maple wood floors, we could not be more thrilled. Upstairs, we had carpet installed, Erica's team of Ron and Jessie did an incredible job of moving everything and installing new carpet in just one day. AW so nice to walk barefoot on new carpet. Efficient, great communication and affordable! So good, our neighbor had her floors done shortly after seeing ours! We highly endorse Norton Flooring. Chris and Janeen Mason, Ohio

Switched home based flooring, and so glad I did! The product is great. No complaints at all. But Brandon's attention to detail on the measuring and making sure I understood everything was exemplary. The crew who did the install exceeded all expectations! Really went above and beyond, getting the job done faster than scheduled. Profession, great guys who clearly know their business, and don't just do this as a side job. 100% would use them again and recommend them to anyone getting new flooring! 5 star review for a 10 star job!

They sent someone over who said, yes it's bad, and I never heard another word from them. When I called again after I waited a month, I was hung up on! Judy should shut down this business if she is going to treat customers this way. I spent over $10,000 with this company. You might get great service when you first order your carpet, but do not expect any service ever again from this company. Brandon told me to call them for help, and when I did Judy was rude, unresponsive, and unprofessional, and Brandon isn't even there anymore!!

Out shopping for a new refrigerator we wound up buying an entire house of carpeting. I think we…read morehave problems with focus. Harry's (Eddie) is as focused as we were not. He asked relevant questions and rapidly helped us narrow down a carpeting choice for the main floor. Before I knew what happened we had bought carpeting for the entire house. It needed it and they offered a great purchase and install package. Harry's had installed the carpeting in my basement (a similarly rapid process) and then came out and stretched it (for a very reasonable price) after our water pipe cracked (blue max) and overwhelmed the sump. Both good experiences. The service, not the water. First they installed downstairs (ask for Tyler) and then about two months later we were ready for upstairs (Tyler again). Upstairs was a day and half long process. All went smoothly and Tyler even found a long lost silver necklace while he was pulling up the old carpeting. Thanks! They will move the furniture for you but I recommend, for your own peace of mind, to box up and move as much as you can ahead of time. It makes the process very smooth, help you de-clutter, and certainly puts the install crew in a good frame of mind when they see you did your part. BTW, the basement carpeting, now 7 years old, has held up well even after we soaked about half of it with the pipe break mentioned above.

We had the Shaw Luxury Vinyl Floating Floor installed in the kitchen on 07/08/2016. We were billed for the sub-contractors to take up the fist layer of linoleum. Which they did not do! The sub-contractors would bring in one box of the tile at a time. In the end, they took off with all of the unused tile without leaving it with us. Let alone laid down tile that had imperfections. Which could've been replaced with the tile they left with. We paid for it! To top it off, two installers came. One did all of the work, while the other guy just stood around watching him. He wasn't going to do anything, because he was quitting the next day. Be forewarn that you don't know if your sub-contractors are going to do the right thing. No one from Harry's will come and inspect their work to make sure it is to your satisfaction. I will never do busy with Harry's Corner again or recommend them!

The carpet that was sent is all wrinkled, a chunk was out of the side, dirty, it is suppose to be 13'2" wide - what arrived is just 13' wide. I have called and called and called some more, and the management refuses to file a warranty claim. It apparent that the people working in McSwains' warehouse stretched the carpet out with improper handling. Carpet rolls should be put on a cardboard tube and wrapped in plastic. All that was done was to put some tape around the rolls and send it out. I have filled a complaint with the Ohio Attorney General's Office, and the Federal Trade Commission. McSwains' wants a restocking fee to take the carpet back - there is no way in hell that they are keeping any funds of mine or will I ever trust them again. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere for your footing needs.
