We needed our basement clean because it was so dusty and dirty from the construction of the house. We had several companies come out for a quote and we chose Cincinnati maintenance. Not only because their quote was reasonable, but Eddie, the actual owner, did the quote and was incredibly personable and respectful. He took his shoes off after leaving our dusty basement after reviewing it so that he would not track the dust into our house (without even asking)- NONE of the other representatives from the other companies did this! And there was no up selling etc. Anyway, the work itself was very well done! They were timely, courteous, and explained what they will be doing and even explained what they did after. They also offer a 10 day warranty if you weren't happy with the cleaning and would come back which is incredibly nice! Our basement floor is no longer gross and we can finally setup and enjoy our basement. I HIGHLY recommend Cincinnati Maintenance in a heartbeat. read more

My fiancée priced a couple of places. One business showed up but didn't stay at the door long enough for me to answer. Plus they had bad reviews so I didn't want to go with them. Overall Cincinnati Maintenance was our best pick. So glad we went with them. We scheduled for a free estimate. Jesse was very professional and did a great job on our carpets. It took him an hour. We only had two bedrooms and a hallway that needed cleaning. The pricing was reasonable and the carpets were super clean/soft. I highly recommend them! read more

Cincinnati Maintenance - Super clean! - Carpet Cleaning Near Me

I'd called a number of places to get a good carpet cleaning before calling this place. Of all the places I called, they were one of the fastest to respond, so I made an appointment for a free estimate. My fiancee was working from home when they came over for it. According to her, the person who came was very friendly and made sure she knew everything beforehand, including cost and procedures of the cleaning. He made sure everything was communicated very well. And on the day of the cleaning, Jesse did a great job, and while being very respectful as well. Our carpets haven't looked this clean in a long time and feel almost like new. We'll definitely call them again for future cleanings. read more

Showed up on time, provided a fair estimate and was thorough. Initial phone response was not the fastest. Someone else was quicker on phone response but it was still within the 24 hour time frame. However, since the first scheduled clean with another company failed, I scheduled with Cincinnati Maintenance and was not disappointed again. If I had to do it again, I'd choose Cincinnati Maintenance. Yay! read more

This company can get your carpet stains out when the big name companies like Stanley Steemer cannot. They carry a pretty awesome arsenal of chemicals to get the job done right the first time. Just let them know what you need treated when you book the appointment. Also they don't nickel and dime you either. Highly recommend. read more

Have used many times for carpet. Professpinal, high quality, knowledgeable about cleaning. Would highly recommend.

Excellent!!! Had these guys come do our carpets yesterday & the outcome was outstanding. Posting a quick before & after (excuse the cat paw prints) of the worst problem area. I'm so excited that this was taken care of. They were there around 10:30, did a full treatment AND protectant on three rooms and were out by 11:30. Had a party last night & the carpet was completely dry & everyone complimented how clean it all was. Very pleased with this company. read more

I had Cincinnati Maintenance come out to do some carpet cleaning and I'm very pleased with the results as well as the service. They let me know on the phone that the minimum is $115 and when they come out they will measure and let me know what can be done for that amount if I wanted to stick to that budget. They were able to do 3 bedrooms and an area rug. I felt this was a fair price. The guys arrived on time and called me about 30 minutes before. They were professional and courteous and did a great job. I had a pet urine spot I pointed out and they said they applied a special cleaning agent to that spot. It's totally gone and no smell. I love that they don't charge extra for things like that as some other companies do. I feel good spending my money at a business like this and will be using them in the future. read more

I'm very allergic to chemicals. When we got new carpeting in our bedroom, I was unable to go to the second floor because of the off-gassing. Someone recommended Cincinnati Maintenance. It was the best move we've ever made. They got rid of the off-gassing in less than a day. Since then, I've had them back to deep clean our master bath and some other areas of the house. I highly recommend them for anyone who has severe allergies or for anyone who mere wants a deep cleaning of any area of their home. read more

Cincinnati Maintenance - Livingroom carpet cleaned - Carpet Cleaning Near Me

We scheduled Cincinnati Maintenance to come clean our office building. We hadn't had it done in awhile so we weren't sure who to go with but I read a lot of good reviews about the company and decided to go with them based on that. We got quotes from other companies and Cincinnati was a little cheaper so we decided to give them the benefit of the doubt even though they weren't a big known reputable company like the other's who were more expensive. Needless to say, I feel like we learned our lesson and got what we paid for. I want to start off by saying we had a female and male team come - the female was excellent. very professional, very nice and approachable. She did amazing in the room that she did clean all by herself. I'm not sure if it was because it was a hot Friday afternoon, last job of the day before the weekend but when they left on Friday we were not satisfied at all. There's parts of the carpet you can see that they did not touch, places in the hallway and high traffic areas where they did not clean all the way up to the baseboards. The carpet actually looks kind of worse than it did before. When we got the initial quote we were told they would be vacuuming first. Luckily we spent the whole afternoon the day before vacuuming very well because they didn't vacuum at all. They were here cleaning for barely an hour. When we inspected the job as they were finishing up, we had pointed out the areas that still looked rough and the lady said that they had already loaded up the equipment. She tried to do some of the areas by hand but there were too many missed spots for her to do. She told us we had 10 days to have someone come back out if we weren't satisfied but we will likely go with a different company. read more

This company exceeds my expectations in every way. Their service is incredible, they are always polite and friendly, and I feel I can trust the with my most precious asset, my home. I've had them clean my carpets before and they vacuumed AND raked the carpet before cleaning with the least amount of moisture needed to be effective. Why do I point that out? Because it means your carpets will last longer, but more importantly, they will dry quickly. If you have Berber carpets, their cleaning method is top notch and ideal for that type of carpet weave. Most recently, they cleaned my dryer vent. It turns out there was a "break" in the venting up in the attic and combustible material was just blowing into our attic space. Hello, fire hazard. The guys that came out today, identified the issue in the duct work, purchased a new elbow joint to reduce the number of turns that were involved in the duct work, installed it, and then leaned out the vents. The beauty is that not only is my dryer vent working more efficiently (dries clothes faster), but it will be much easier to clean in the future. Don't waste your time shopping around. Call Eddie and his team to knock out your cleaning needs in the professional and efficient manner possible. read more

They were prompt and fast. I was skeptical at first but the old spots have never reappeared. I couldn't be more pleased. Plus I like that they raked my rug afterwards. The carpet looked beautiful! Response time was quick and Josh and the other person who came out could not have been nicer. That did a great job. The 3 stars are because when I initially spoke to them on the phone, I told them I had 6 rooms and that my condo was 1500 sq ft. I was quoted a price of 150-200.00. I thought that was reasonable. When they came out it went up to 325.00 (it may have been more). The condo is completely empty making their job easier which I also told them at the initial call. I ended up paying 285.30 which I thought was a bit pricey but they were there and my time is valuable so I paid that. I just feel like it was a bait and switch and that I over paid. read more

Our couches and sectional were in dire need of a cleaning since we have a dog that is allowed on our furniture. So I did what I always to when I'm looking for a new service... I turned to yelp! And I'm quite happy I did! Les was very helpful both on the phone and in person. After explaining how many pieces I had to clean, he offered to clean one of the couches for free since I had so many pieces of furniture to clean. One reason I truly appreciate Les is his honesty. Upon seeing our futon mattress, Les recommended that they don't clean it due to various staining. He explained that their cleaning process may actually bring more stains to the surface and cause the mattress to smell more than it already does. He also mentioned I may be able to buy a new matt for nearly as much money as it would cost to clean it. I really did appreciate the honesty - it shows that Les isn't money hungry and just really wants to do good work. I was also impressed by how thoroughly they vacuumed the couches. It honestly took them nearly an hour (maybe more) to vacuum a couch! They then wiped down the fabric with a wonderful lemon scented detergent that left the fabric smelling wonderfully fresh. Not only was I extremely pleased when they were finished, but Les called a couple of days later to make sure I didn't have any further questions and was satisfied. I definitely highly recommend Cincinnati Maintenance to anyone who needs upholstery cleaning! read more

This company is the best, I wish I could give it 10 stars. While visiting my mother (85 years old) in Cincinnati I noticed that her tan carpets were in desperate need of cleaning . I figured since it was close to the holidays it would be the perfect gift since she always says she doesn't need anything. I sent an email to the owner and explained my situation. I live in Florida and mom is in Ohio, there was no way to get an estimate beforehand. Well I didn't have to worry the owner Eddie gave me a guesstimate AND since mom would not be able to move the furniture they could take care of it and move some pieces. I received a call from my mom the other day and said she had the carpets done . She said they were great ,very professional and took care of everything. Thank You Eddie and your team. read more

We had the challenge of cleaning up my parents' house for sale, and coordinating with the estate auction people and the realtor, with the added challenge of doing it mostly from 2,000 miles away. We sent Les a scope of work, he gave us a detailed written bid after inspecting the house, then he showed up right on schedule with an efficient team. The quality of the work is extraordinary. Brass doorknobs gleam, woodwork shines, floors gleam. Bathroom tile and grout looks new after years of neglect. Prices were fair, and this company over-delivered on their promises. Really great people to do business with. read more
