I had Cincinnati Maintenance come out to do some carpet cleaning and I'm very pleased with the results as well as the service. They let me know on the phone that the minimum is $115 and when they come out they will measure and let me know what can be done for that amount if I wanted to stick to that budget. They were able to do 3 bedrooms and an area rug. I felt this was a fair price. The guys arrived on time and called me about 30 minutes before. They were professional and courteous and did a great job. I had a pet urine spot I pointed out and they said they applied a special cleaning agent to that spot. It's totally gone and no smell. I love that they don't charge extra for things like that as some other companies do. I feel good spending my money at a business like this and will be using them in the future. read more

We scheduled Cincinnati Maintenance to come clean our office building. We hadn't had it done in awhile so we weren't sure who to go with but I read a lot of good reviews about the company and decided to go with them based on that. We got quotes from other companies and Cincinnati was a little cheaper so we decided to give them the benefit of the doubt even though they weren't a big known reputable company like the other's who were more expensive. Needless to say, I feel like we learned our lesson and got what we paid for. I want to start off by saying we had a female and male team come - the female was excellent. very professional, very nice and approachable. She did amazing in the room that she did clean all by herself. I'm not sure if it was because it was a hot Friday afternoon, last job of the day before the weekend but when they left on Friday we were not satisfied at all. There's parts of the carpet you can see that they did not touch, places in the hallway and high traffic areas where they did not clean all the way up to the baseboards. The carpet actually looks kind of worse than it did before. When we got the initial quote we were told they would be vacuuming first. Luckily we spent the whole afternoon the day before vacuuming very well because they didn't vacuum at all. They were here cleaning for barely an hour. When we inspected the job as they were finishing up, we had pointed out the areas that still looked rough and the lady said that they had already loaded up the equipment. She tried to do some of the areas by hand but there were too many missed spots for her to do. She told us we had 10 days to have someone come back out if we weren't satisfied but we will likely go with a different company. read more

Because it means your carpets will last longer, but more importantly, they will dry quickly. If you have Berber carpets, their cleaning method is top notch and ideal for that type of carpet weave. Most recently, they cleaned my dryer vent. It turns out there was a "break" in the venting up in the attic and combustible material was just blowing into our attic space. Hello, fire hazard. The guys that came out today, identified the issue in the duct work, purchased a new elbow joint to reduce the number of turns that were involved in the duct work, installed it, and then leaned out the vents. Response time was quick and Josh and the other person who came out could not have been nicer. That did a great job. The 3 stars are because when I initially spoke to them on the phone, I told them I had 6 rooms and that my condo was 1500 sq ft. I was quoted a price of 150-200.00. I thought that was reasonable. When they came out it went up to 325.00 (it may have been more). The condo is completely empty making their job easier which I also told them at the initial call. I ended up paying 285.30 which I thought was a bit pricey but they were there and my time is valuable so I paid that. I just feel like it was a bait and switch and that I over paid. read more

Our couches and sectional were in dire need of a cleaning since we have a dog that is allowed on our furniture. So I did what I always to when I'm looking for a new service... I turned to yelp! And I'm quite happy I did! Les was very helpful both on the phone and in person. After explaining how many pieces I had to clean, he offered to clean one of the couches for free since I had so many pieces of furniture to clean. One reason I truly appreciate Les is his honesty. Upon seeing our futon mattress, Les recommended that they don't clean it due to various staining. He explained that their cleaning process may actually bring more stains to the surface and cause the mattress to smell more than it already does. He also mentioned I may be able to buy a new matt for nearly as much money as it would cost to clean it. I really did appreciate the honesty - it shows that Les isn't money hungry and just really wants to do good work. I was also impressed by how thoroughly they vacuumed the couches. It honestly took them nearly an hour (maybe more) to vacuum a couch! They then wiped down the fabric with a wonderful lemon scented detergent that left the fabric smelling wonderfully fresh. I figured since it was close to the holidays it would be the perfect gift since she always says she doesn't need anything. I sent an email to the owner and explained my situation. Outstanding work! My mother's carpets have never been so clean. She had used another company for years, trying to maintain white carpeting throughout her home. She called Eddie and he was able to schedule her for that very week. The carpets were very dirty and also had gummy residue from where sticky carpet protectors had been adhered to the main traffic areas. Eddie sent someone back to the shop to get a product that could dissolve the adhesive. He also worked on all stains and spots.
