Tech cut away one of my vents from the wall, damaging plaster, when vent simply lifted out. Had he asked me I would have shown him, but I gave him the benefit of knowing what he was doing. My mistake. That mistake then necessitated me paying my contractor $295.00 to correct the damage the Coit tech had done. I was told I would be reimbursed.
