Not only because their quote was reasonable, but Eddie, the actual owner, did the quote and was incredibly personable and respectful. He took his shoes off after leaving our dusty basement after reviewing it so that he would not track the dust into our house (without even asking)- NONE of the other representatives from the other companies did this! And there was no up selling etc. Anyway, the work itself was very well done! They were timely, courteous, and explained what they will be doing and even explained what they did after. They also offer a 10 day warranty if you weren't happy with the cleaning and would come back which is incredibly nice! Our basement floor is no longer gross and we can finally setup and enjoy our basement. I HIGHLY recommend Cincinnati Maintenance in a heartbeat.

The guy arrived and finished in 1.5 hours. He never warned us to cover any plants or grass around the cleaning areas. He used some kind of solution that smelled like bleach. It killed my tiger lilies, 6/10 lenten rose plants, badly damaged the top half of a small redbud tree, spirea plants and a japanese maple around the porch, and killed a bunch of grass on the border of the deck. All of the windows on deck level and under the deck and on the porch were covered with a splattered goopy substance that was difficult to remove and took a lot of work cleaning it. All this damage only took 1.5 hours instead of half a day and still cost 600 bucks. I called to tell Troy the manager 2 times but he never returned my calls. I would NEVER use them or recommend them. Buyer beware.
