I have two main concerns: 1 - Cleaning Quality) Most areas of the house looked fine, but I paid for the pet cleaning, and the stairs were skipped entirely. You can see in the photo that there was a significant amount of hair still in the carpet, and especially in the edge of the stairs. We had to spend a long time cleaning the stairs ourselves to get the carpet cleaned. 2 - Customer Service) While cleaning, the team flushed a toilet and left the water running (the stopper stayed open), and did not say anything. This was an unoccupied house, so the running water issue was not noticed until 13 days later when I came myself. When I raised my concern, I was first told that the water was ALREADY running, which was simply a lie (I reached out to the county to get exact water usage reports, so I know this). Additionally, the team called me on the first day saying they needed to add a second day to clean the house, and did not mention the running water whatsoever. So even if it WAS already running, they neglected to tell me that there was an issue. And if they had just taken 10 seconds to look at the toilet they were already cleaning, they would have realized they left the stopper up and stopped the water. Naturally, this resulted in a huge water bill even though the house was empty. When I reached out via email, Cristian @ HomeForm originally stated that they would "help wherever they could." However, after their original email, they have not responded to me since. I had to pay for their mistake myself, so my original cleaning ended up costing triple of what it should have. Nice people, medium cleaning quality, very unsatisfactory service. Whether you are renters moving out or an owner, you need to be able to trust that the company cleaning your home is one you trust. HomeForm Cleaning is NOT that company.

Much to my surprise, not only was my call answered, but I was connected to the owner of the company who personally assured me that they would send over someone to give me an estimation within the hour. True to her word, a knock on my door occurred at 9:20, less than half an hour from my phone call. After showing them around, I received an estimate of the areas I wanted clean and an offer to send the crew to do the tasks at the time of my preference. The next morning, they showed up on time, ready to work. They didn't waste time as many hourly professionals do in setup or unloading. As they walked in, Tara and Ben began work like a well oiled machine, without needing to be reminded of the services requested. They made the shower in the lower bathroom look as if it were brand new, a task that Mr Clean himself would've struggled with. Two items in my home were broken during the service. When we contacted customer service, the response was rude and dismissive toward my wife. Instead of taking responsibility, the only solution offered was to pay them more money to come back and fix their own work. They also hide behind a strict 24-hour reporting policy. If you don't report issues within that window, they won't help. For a move-out clean, that's completely unreasonable. Most people won't catch damage or missed work that quickly. It feels like a policy designed to avoid accountability rather than support customers. Between the poor quality of work, broken items, and unprofessional customer service, this experience felt like a complete waste of money. I would not recommend this company.
