Outstanding work! My mother's carpets have never been so clean. She had used another company for years, trying to maintain white carpeting throughout her home. She called Eddie and he was able to schedule her for that very week. The carpets were very dirty and also had gummy residue from where sticky carpet protectors had been adhered to the main traffic areas. Eddie sent someone back to the shop to get a product that could dissolve the adhesive. He also worked on all stains and spots. Great carpet cleaning ! Professional staff- each worker was respectful and knew their job and worked hard to get in and out. The results were excellent. Their method involves very little moisture ... so I was a little concerned it wouldn't really clean but the carpets looked much improved. The spots (mostly pet) were removed visually and smell-wise. The carpets looked great after they left and they still look great. We are about 8 weeks out. I would call them again without hesitation. I've used Cincinnati Maintenance several times to clean our white carpets, which had several stains on it before we even moved in. He was able to remove all the stains, and we were able to walk on it almost immediately (he has some sort of system that uses less water which means there's less dry-time). Very courteous, precise and didn't have to come out to give me an estimate. Arrived on time, were quick in accessing what needed to be done and performed the job in half the time of others I have used, leaving my carpets looking fabulous! I have two dogs and a parrot and my light beige carpets looked so drab I had considered replacing them. Now it can wait another year or two. Also cleaned three area rugs that my dogs had done the sneak and pee on a couple of times. Again, I was going to toss the rugs and purchase new ones and they saved them! The cost was half what a "carpet cleaning special" at another place was going to charge and the cleaning was the best carpet cleaning I've had done. I have a Hoover carpet cleaner that I have used on occasion to try and get some stains out. The cheap carpet burned the motor out in my last carpet cleaner. I spent hours in the basement cleaning cat urine out of my girls play area. At this point it was out of control and causing me so much stress, so a family member recommended Eddie. Les and Ed came out to give my upholstery a much needed cleaning, and the pieces turned out as well as could be, certainly better than expected. They look great! Not quite like brand new...after all, these pieces are several years old...but definitely much improved, cleaner and brighter looking. The cleaning was a multi-step process, and included anti-allergy control as a finishing step, along with the cleaning. I chose their Procyon, a completely safe soap-free, biodegradable cleaner that deals very well with dust mites (and other 'icky' stuff) as the cleaning agent. They have other options, all of which are completely safe, both for the environment, and the consumer. Their cleaning agents do not leave any residue, which is what actually attracts soil, so I know that will not be an issue. I love the fact that not only is my furniture clean, but also that the Procyon addressed our allergy issues, along with the anti-allergen treatment, which should last up to 6 months with normal usage. The upholstery was very slightly damp after the cleaning, and it is drying (has dried?) quickly. There were a few worrisome spots which they were able to remove completely. (yay!) Les was very patient with my questions, and his answers were clear and completely understandable, without being condescending in the slightest. It is clear that he knows his stuff, and that he is concerned about his customer's satisfaction, and the effect on the environment of toxic cleaners. Sadly, it seems that many, or most, of the 'major players' in the industry do not share the same concerns. Les was clear that he wanted to hear about any dissatisfaction, and told me to please call if any issues should arise. Both Les and Ed are extremely pleasant to be around, courteous, and fun! Great rapport and excellent results are a super combo, and I am very pleased with them, and their work. I will not hesitate to call them the next time I need similar cleanings, and would reccommend them to anyone. We do not have carpet, but I believe I would be happy with Cincinnati Maintenance cleaning it too, should we ever have carpet again. The prices are quite reasonable, and from now through the end of February (this Feb, 2014) they have a 30% discount on their already reasonable prices. It makes me wish I had more to clean! There was one stubborn stain on the living room carpet that took a few days to re-emerge, and he had no issues coming back out to take care of it. This is the best carpet cleaning company I have ever come across in 50 years of home ownership. The owner replied immediately to my request for a quote. He is personable and professional, fairly priced, on time, and provided me with some education so I'd understand how he would be caring for my caret and tile. He told me what I could expect and everything made sense to me. But what impressed me the most is his carpet cleaning philosophy. he very particular and fussy about his work and the service he delivered. First, he vacuumed my carpets before cleaning - no other carpet cleaner has ever done this. He then meticulously cleaned every inch of my carpeting. And then he "finished" the carpets by making the fibers stand up. I like how the fibers can then dry in this position instead of in the smashed down cleaning tracks left by other cleaning processes. This "finishing" makes so much sense and made a huge difference in the finished product. Excellent service overall. Eddie answered the phone after 4:30pm and was kind enough to schedule me for the next morning at 8am! Although I was expecting a truck with hoses--based on prior experience with other carpet cleaning crews--Eddie and his partner showed up with a vacuum and carpet cleaning/shampooing machine that encapsulates the dirt and bacteria for later removal via vacuum. The old carpet, on the third floor (a finished attic), had a strong cat odor from prior owner, is now clean and smelling like lemons!
