Russ stated they had some equipment damage the day prior to my original appointment and he felt that was what caused the problem with the dirty water not being sucked out. As before, they arrived as scheduled and were very friendly. They re-cleaned everything and added a deodorizer this time and it did dry in just a little over a day. Although the carpet is now clean, it still has a slight odor to it that I hope will fade in time. I believe Russ did everything he could to try and make the situation better and I appreciate his efforts.

Not only because their quote was reasonable, but Eddie, the actual owner, did the quote and was incredibly personable and respectful. He took his shoes off after leaving our dusty basement after reviewing it so that he would not track the dust into our house (without even asking)- NONE of the other representatives from the other companies did this! And there was no up selling etc. Anyway, the work itself was very well done! They were timely, courteous, and explained what they will be doing and even explained what they did after. They also offer a 10 day warranty if you weren't happy with the cleaning and would come back which is incredibly nice! Our basement floor is no longer gross and we can finally setup and enjoy our basement. I HIGHLY recommend Cincinnati Maintenance in a heartbeat.

We used this company for power washing our house, sidewalks, and deck. When he came out to give us…read morethe estimate, we asked him if the plants, grass, and tress/bushes would be damaged and and he said no. We also asked if we needed to cover them us, he said no. He gave us the estimate and said it would be an all day job. When he came, it was about a couple hours. We saw several areas that were not cleaned and asked him to redo them before he left. He did and said if there is anything else just call him and he would come back out. After he left we noticed that he left a yucky substance on our patio door and that he had missed our gutters on top of our house in the back and a few places in the front, as well as one side of the railing on our back patio. We contacted him and he came back out. When he left this time, he still did not clean the railing, he damaged our patio and front side walk. He had pressured washed our gutters with something that caused the paint to melt and drip onto our patio and sidewalk, and he left it. He came back out to clean it up and the side of the railing, and did not touch the railing, still left paint on the patio and side walks. He did not do a good job. Now my husband has to finish trying to get the paint up. Also, some of our plants around our house are dead. Our Crab Apple tree and our outside garage lights are all damaged do to the cleaning agents they used. The amount they charged us is not worth the price do to how many times they had to come back out and all the damage and still not done right. We did call to see what they could do to fix everything and they said they would call us back, but never did. We DO NOT recommend them for anything.

He explained what caused it and how to prevent it in the future. Great customer service! I thought the cleaning was reasonably priced, especially consider the result. My only suggestion to the company would be a smaller window for the appointment. Even if they called the day before or that morning and gave you a more exact time. They told us "between 8 and 1". They finished our four bedrooms upstairs in about 10 minutes and just hit the main middle spots. Down stairs in our living room was the worst. They seperated our sectional and broke off two pieces to put it back together and didn't tell me until I found it hours later. They also left black streaks across the floor that they cleaned up once I requested. For any cleaning products there was of course another fee and house was left messier than when they came. Also, it's 2026 now, surprised they have to leave the door open with the 30 degree weather out to let all the heat out. Overall lazy, rushed and zero attention to details.
