Candice responded…read moresuper fast to my quote inquiry, and was able to do a deep cleaning for our kitchen and bathrooms the next day, which was awesome! She was excellent in her communications, and did an excellent job cleaning. She checked if I was sensitive to any cleaning products, which was much appreciated. Though I said that I was not, I did find the lingering smell of bleach a bit overwhelming and would try to find an alternative for future cleanings. Also, I learned that it is important to specify up front exactly what cleaning is needed to ensure an accurate quote. Overall, I found C&M Cleaning to be an excellent value for the money, with reliable and friendly service. I'm thrilled to have a super clean space to bring in the new year. Thank you!

Although I was happy with the cleaning service provided, I am not happy with the customer service…read moreand won't be another repeat customer now because of it. With my first cleaning, I was sent an invoice and agreed on the amount. I was happy after the first service so I scheduled a second service. With the second one, the owner never sent me a new invoice or mentioned any price adjustments so I just had assumed it would be the same price as the first amount we agreed to. After he completed the second service, he requested payment that was $43 more than we agreed and said there was a discount I no longer get. I don't appreciate not being notified of a price increase and I think this is a sheisty way of doing business and taking advantage of customers. Take this as a warning that they will raise your agreed upon price and not notify you until after they have already completed services.

I asked to reschedule it to a Saturday. He said that there was an upcharge for Saturdays. He never mentioned that before. I said no thanks and will not hire him or recommend him to anyone.
