This time he had Milton Mareno and Sons install the hardwood in our house and they did such a great job. They put plastic up to keep the dust out of the rest of the house. They cleaned daily. But best of all, they under promised and over delivered, they got done sooner than they thought. The way customer service is lately, rarely do you ever get good customer service any longer, let aline great and even more rare is to get what you paid for. We got all of that. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!…read more I've been waiting for my laundry room tile/laminate flooring to be installed for 3 weeks now. The washer & dryer were moved to the middle of our theater room. We've had to take our laundry to the laundry mat. The delay has also kept the carpet guys, also from your company, from laying the pad & carpet in that room. I've been put off and stalled for 3 weeks now and I'm sick of the inconvenience and costly laundry service your tile person has caused. Customer satisfaction is not alive and well in this situation.
