Terrible facility with terrible People running it! This place is not only ridiculously expensive for the space you get but it is a scam as there Units do not protect your items from weather damage but also an alarming amount of mouse poop in each facility. I left this place with my belongings as soon as I noticed water puddles and stains inside my unit as well as mouse poop not only everywhere but all over and inside my things. please do not trust these people!! read more

Had a great experience here for the few years we rented and recommended to our daughter who rented a unit for a year and then they raised the price considerably when they went month to month as their house isn't complete yet. Now they need an extra week but because of "policy" they won't discount at all and will charge for another month if not out on time. I do not recommend using them as it's the place I sent several people too but no longer. They were not nice on the phone to my daughter and said that there was nothing they could do which is nonsense as everyone makes exceptions at times. Lost several customers because you don't have customer service! You would think you would work with someone on pricing that just rented for a whole year plus and many others rented before that who recommended them. New customers will get a deal but I hope this unit and others sit unrented because of their poor decision. read more

Storage rooms are clean and all the property and buildings are well maintained. The lady in the office was so knowledgeable and gave me tips on how to store my things so they fit in smaller room and that saved me money which I appreciated. I have not used the storage units but I have kept my camper at this location for roughly 2-1/2 years. I've never had any issues or problems. I thought the price was a little high but after calling other storage facilities, I realized that the Advantage price was much lower. read more

Refused to rent a unit to me. I got off the phone with a rep who told me a unit was available only to receive a call less than five mins later to tell me it was not available and the only other one they had available was almost twice the size of the original one I wanted. That one was suppose to be rented out today as well. So basically I was informed in less than twenty minutes that they had nothing available. Even though I stated I would be on my way.
