He moved her stuff in to Assisted Living and was back in a year to move her stuff out of Assisted Living as she had another transition. He saved me many trips to Cincinnati by handling so many things on my behalf, communicated frequently and was fast and efficient. Very organized and kept good records. I feel lucky to have met him as he has great experience in the transitions of an older adult and offered an ear when times got tough. His service is invaluable!
