The workers and home office have impressed me greatly. All are professional and want the end…read moreresult to be excellent. Communication with me was great throughout my project which included a large number of pavers and a large stamped-concrete driveway. Soon after the work was completed I had concerns as there were some areas of polysand failure, and I observed white areas on the driveway that had been tinted and sealed. But the company offered to come back in a few months to fill any areas needing polysand, and they offered to add more tinting to the driveway if necessary and to re-seal the driveway. This will satisfy all of my initial concerns. I'm very impressed with their willingness to make their customers overjoyed at the outcome. There were 2 teams performing this large project. The first team did the paver repairs. The before-after pictures I include show the uneven pavers are now perfectly flat (and clean). The work for the 2nd team was faster than what the manufacturers recommend on their websites. However the company has been in business for many years and they assured me that they have successfully done this work in even hotter temperatures in Florida, and they always apply sealer to pavers right after applying the polysand. They used Accel polysand for the pavers. I especially respect and am grateful for this 2nd team, Jake and AJ, who worked through 90+ degree heat and very high humidity. Although my property has many trees, it was still potentially dangerous and definitely uncomfortable.

We had a fairly large home job that involved pressure washing, sanding, and sealing. We accepted…read moretheir quote because we believed they had a good reputation. After it was done, there were all kinds of problems. We appreciated the fact that two experienced guys came out quickly to assess and try to correct the sealing. What we did not appreciate is that they told us the other guys were new at this. Was an $8,000 project not enough for the A-team? The guys who came out to fix it, tried another coat of sealer. Also didn't work. They called a guy in Florida who "knew everything about sealers". They tried another product and it seemed to work. However, some of the sloppy work from the first sealing still shows. Every time I'm out there, I see the lines on the pavers from the first attempt. We thought we had done our research in good companies. It apparently wasn't enough.

My experiences with various cleaning services over the years have ranged from fair to very good…read more However, my recent experience with Wildflower Cleaning LLC was excellent--almost white-glove level--in just a few hours of work. The pre-cleaning communication and walk-through were great, and their estimate was reasonable for a first-time deep cleaning. They arrived punctually and were incredibly thorough. Their attention to detail was exceptional, as they tackled areas other services have overlooked in the past. This deep cleaning was more thorough than any I have had before. They use pet-friendly products, which is very important to me. Their sense of ownership of the task and the passion, pride, and satisfaction they derive from cleaning well were quite evident. It was clearly more than 'just a job' to them. Because of their attention to detail, the actual scope of the cleaning ended up being more than what was agreed upon in the walk-through. However, they stuck to their original cost estimate and declined the extra payment I offered for the additional work. That is impressive! I am glad I found this company and look forward to the next cleaning.
