The workers and home office have impressed me greatly. All are professional and want the end result to be excellent. Communication with me was great throughout my project which included a large number of pavers and a large stamped-concrete driveway. Soon after the work was completed I had concerns as there were some areas of polysand failure, and I observed white areas on the driveway that had been tinted and sealed. But the company offered to come back in a few months to fill any areas needing polysand, and they offered to add more tinting to the driveway if necessary and to re-seal the driveway. This will satisfy all of my initial concerns. I'm very impressed with their willingness to make their customers overjoyed at the outcome. There were 2 teams performing this large project. The first team did the paver repairs. The before-after pictures I include show the uneven pavers are now perfectly flat (and clean). The work for the 2nd team was faster than what the manufacturers recommend on their websites. However the company has been in business for many years and they assured me that they have successfully done this work in even hotter temperatures in Florida, and they always apply sealer to pavers right after applying the polysand. They used Accel polysand for the pavers. I especially respect and am grateful for this 2nd team, Jake and AJ, who worked through 90+ degree heat and very high humidity. Although my property has many trees, it was still potentially dangerous and definitely uncomfortable. read more

We had a fairly large home job that involved pressure washing, sanding, and sealing. We accepted their quote because we believed they had a good reputation. After it was done, there were all kinds of problems. We appreciated the fact that two experienced guys came out quickly to assess and try to correct the sealing. What we did not appreciate is that they told us the other guys were new at this. Was an $8,000 project not enough for the A-team? The guys who came out to fix it, tried another coat of sealer. Also didn't work. They called a guy in Florida who "knew everything about sealers". They tried another product and it seemed to work. However, some of the sloppy work from the first sealing still shows. Every time I'm out there, I see the lines on the pavers from the first attempt. We thought we had done our research in good companies. It apparently wasn't enough. read more

Non-responsive (waited since April, finally gave up and used another contractor), and WAY OVER PRICED!. Their price on paver cleaning/sealing was competitive, but rather than pass on some paver maintenance work, they simply provided a price that was 4X higher than competing providers. I would NOT recommend using this business for your paver maintenance work. read more

Perfect Paver Co. repaired our old patio and installed new perma-edging where plastic edging had been previously, and had become unsightly and uneven over time. Dylan and Colton did great work, and were professional, courteous and efficient. We would hire them again. Next phase is the cleaning and restoration process which will occur at a later time. I expect that the work will be excellent by that crew, as well, if Dylan and Colton's work is an indication of Perfect Paver's quality. read more

Great experience with Perfect Paver. They have been super busy over the sumner, but did a great job getting us a quote, and keeping us updated on where we stood on the waiting list. The process to clean, put new sand in and seal took place over two days, and Josh from Perfect Pavers was a true professional. He called ahead to let us know when he would be there. Explained the process to us, as well as the aftercare. Made sure everything was cleaned up afterwards, and our patio looks brand new. Appreciate the friendly service from Josh and will welcome him back in the future if additional work is needed. read more

I contacted this company for paver cleaning and sealing. The technician came out to evaluate job and his comments went to their estimation department. I got a quote, accepted it, then they changed the quote to higher amount. I did not like this practice and after emailing with Perfect Paver, I refused the contract. Their business practices were suspect. read more

History

Established in 2013.

The Perfect Paver Co was started as a division of a large paver installation company and then spun off as its own entity in 2013. Most of our paver cleaning and paver sealing crews started as paver installers first for our paver installation company before they we're switched over to run our cleaning and sealing crews. That is one of the big differences that you'll find between us and a lot of the pressure washing companies who will clean and seal anything. We know pavers, we know how to repair them, maintain them, install them and care for them.

I'm very passionate about pavers, and have been around them most of my life. I also own a very large paver installation company and noticed the growing demand for paver maintenance, so I decided to start the Perfect Paver Co.

Although they had not contacted me waiting for the proper weather condition to start the job after I obtained the estimate in March, they promptly responded to my request and arrived on the mutually agreed date. Josh and his crew were professional, meticulously paid attention to details of fixing and preparing the 2 year old patio for cleaning, resanding the joints and sealing. Due to the recent wet weather, it took longer than anticipated to complete the work, but not due to any fault of theirs. They carefully repaired some washout of sand caused by the heavy recent rainfall and sealed it yesterday. The patio looks like new and I am highly satisfied by the work. It is way better than the original installation or repair done last year. I hope it will hold up better this time around. Josh asked me to call them back without reservation if I have any issues. He instructed me with proper maintenance care of the patio to prolong the life of the job done. I found them to be pleasant, respectful and conscientious in all my interactions and will not hesitate to recommend them highly. read more

Perfect Paver (Josh & son) did a fantastic job cleaning and sealing my 17 year old paver driveway, restoring it to like-new condition. It was a labor intensive process, that required three separate visits (scrubbing/steaming/pressure washing, repairing/sanding, sealing), and each time Josh was prompt, thorough and meticulous. He really takes pride in his work and went above and beyond to insure I was satisfied. The pricing is reasonable for the amount of time and labor involved, and I could never have achieved the same quality DIY. Like any good contractor, their schedule is full, so keep that in mind when booking an appointment. I booked over the winter so I could be one of the first jobs of the season. Everyone I've interacted with at PP was polite and professional, and I would highly recommend their services! read more

We hired Perfect Paver Co to powerwash and clean our patio pavers and landscape blocks. They also installed a new Paver restraint around our patio pavers and fixed the few loose pavers. They did an awesome job and were very professional. They actually came sooner than expected which was a great surprise. There was 1 paver that caught our attention at the end of the job, turned into a tripping hazard for my young daughter. Gary was the main guy who did all the repair work and cleaning. He came back out the next day and leveled the paver for us. Looks like a brand new patio and we are so pleased with how everything went! Thanks so much!! Would definitely recommend! read more

David and Dale from Perfect Paver did repair work to 2 existing paver patios. Issue was tree roots pushing up on the pavers causing sections to unlevel. David/Dale did an outstanding job. I never imagined it would be back to new and level again but now it is; their work was perfection. Additionally, they were right on time, worked quickly and left the area completely cleaned up.
