Communication with me was great throughout my project which included a large number of pavers and a large stamped-concrete driveway. Soon after the work was completed I had concerns as there were some areas of polysand failure, and I observed white areas on the driveway that had been tinted and sealed. But the company offered to come back in a few months to fill any areas needing polysand, and they offered to add more tinting to the driveway if necessary and to re-seal the driveway. This will satisfy all of my initial concerns. I'm very impressed with their willingness to make their customers overjoyed at the outcome. There were 2 teams performing this large project. The first team did the paver repairs. The before-after pictures I include show the uneven pavers are now perfectly flat (and clean). The work for the 2nd team was faster than what the manufacturers recommend on their websites. However the company has been in business for many years and they assured me that they have successfully done this work in even hotter temperatures in Florida, and they always apply sealer to pavers right after applying the polysand. They used Accel polysand for the pavers. I especially respect and am grateful for this 2nd team, Jake and AJ, who worked through 90+ degree heat and very high humidity. Although my property has many trees, it was still potentially dangerous and definitely uncomfortable.

After it was done, there were all kinds of problems. We appreciated the fact that two experienced guys came out quickly to assess and try to correct the sealing. What we did not appreciate is that they told us the other guys were new at this. Was an $8,000 project not enough for the A-team? The guys who came out to fix it, tried another coat of sealer. Also didn't work. They called a guy in Florida who "knew everything about sealers". They tried another product and it seemed to work. However, some of the sloppy work from the first sealing still shows. Every time I'm out there, I see the lines on the pavers from the first attempt. We thought we had done our research in good companies. It apparently wasn't enough.

Chuck, along with his son, was quick to respond, listen to our needs, give us estimates, and remain in constant communication with us. Pictures were taken to show us what needed our attention and a scheduling of services began. We did not know that our chimney needed repair. One of his crew came prior to any roofing being installed to restore our chimney. We appreciated the detailed pictures that were shown to us before of the damaged areas and after to show us the work completed. His company/crews proceeded to install new wood where there was weather damage, put up weather barriers on everything, completed our roof, installed new siding over the original wood siding on our house/workshop. New porch posts were designed and detailed trim work completed. Each day the debris and trash were cleaned up and hauled away. They made sure everything was left neat and tidy. The job is done and everything looks beautiful! We are so thankful to have found a company that had constant communication with us allowing us the time to choose the proper colors with the corresponding accessories. Our project was labor intensive as it needed the removal of 2 layers of old shingles with the home being redecked. My wife and I decided to go with the 1/2 inch plywood over the osb for the redecking with my understanding that plywood works better with humidity long term. We also decided on the GAF Timberline UHDZ over the HDZ because of the better warranty, increased impact resistance and a slightly better look. Both the plywood and the 20% heavier UHDZ shingles were a minimal up charge. Entrust was the only company of 3 which addressed the intake the roof needs for proper circulation. Prior to the roof replacement we were having higher than healthy roof humidity. Long vertical intakes were installed at the bottom edges to match the new peak outlets. Oscar and some of his team came back out to fix a couple more issues. I have found Oscar's personality to be warm and friendly. Oscar also prayed with my wife and I in our back yard. His wife Lauren has been nice to talk with on the phone.I would definitely recommend this company with everything they did and what I've learned about roofing during the process. One big project done, many little projects yet to do.

I had All Around Roofing out four times for this roof leaking in the same spot, but the leak remained. After All Around Roofing did not return my calls, I was forced to have other roofing companies look at the roof for the leak. Both companies said the roof had been installed incorrectly, with both ridge and box vents installed that were causing the leak. I paid another company $1350.00 to fix the inferior work, and it has not leaked since. Obviously, I would not recommend this company.

Thorpe Site Solutions was working near by, I asked them to stop and give us a quote. They were professional and personable, we walked the property, they took photos and asked questions about accessibility to different areas. They were up front with concerns about possible damage to existing flower beds and explained a plan to minimize damage to yard from equipment. i requested shrubs be pulled out vs cut off and stumps ground. Within 48 hrs they sent me a quote for each of the jobs. The next week they started work...they worked non-stop x 2 days to complete the work and haul away all of the debris, they level the landscape where there were holes. No regrets, No disappointments!
