We had Titan replace our roof in August 2017. It was complete tear off & plywood sheathing…read morereplacement, a new skylight, plus new larger gutters, gutter covers & downspouts. We also had all the fascia and shutters replaced. The roof was completed in one day, with the gutters, downspouts and fascia being replaced the next 2 days. They also painted all the vent stacks and our chimney a flat black which really added to the appearance of the house. It was an excellent job, with excellent quality and a fair price. We have really been pleased with the results, except for the shutters. We had wooden shutters that were attached with screws. They had to be painted every 5 years or so, and some had to be replaced due to wood rot. The new shutters are plastic with plastic fasteners. We have had 3 instances with high winds where one or two of the 2nd story shutters got blown off. Each time Sean came out and re-attached them. We had 2 blow off a couple weeks ago when the remnants of Helene came through. The shutters are attached by 4 fasteners. Sean suggested we add 2 in the middle, which he did - hopefully that solves the problem! My point is - they did a great job in 2017 and they have always followed up with service whenever we had an issue - which is what you want from a quality roofing company.

When Randy came to review and prepare a quote, he explained their process in detail including screening the perimeter to catch nails and debris. They stripped the roof down to the wood sheathing and replaced everything including both step and counter flashing in one day. A different crew returned the next day and removed and upgraded our gutters to 6" with new downspouts, also in 1 day.
