Their quote was competitive, and while they're not the cheapest option out there, they use top-quality products. My roof actually ended up as an upgrade from what I had before. From the first call to the final cleanup, everything was easy. Timely estimate, great communication, and a crew that was both friendly and efficient. I have a large roof, and they showed up early, knocked the whole job out in a single day, and cleaned up so thoroughly that my landscaping might have actually looked a little better after they left. Whether you need roofing, gutters, or siding, I can't recommend E.M.A. Construction highly enough. As long as they're in business, I won't be calling anyone else.

I wanted to replace it with similar siding because it seemed to be very durable. Replacement was necessary because the original siding was improperly installed and the planks were falling off the house. I repeatedly had planks replaced and paint never matched original siding properly. So I chose to replace the entire siding. My research identified James Hardie as an excellent siding; and it seems quite durable, has a decent warranty, and looks nice. I chose EMA Construction to install because of their long term experience with James Hardie siding, and previous customer reviews. So I am confident I have a good product that was properly installed. Eddie provided the estimate and stayed in contact with me during the project. The installer team was excellent. They commenced work as expected and completed on schedule.. in spite of several rainy days. One area of the house required custom cutting of the planks lengthwise and at a slight angle. The team did an excellent job custom fitting the siding to this area. The total install, including flashing, caulking, and siding fit are all excellent. Total results and cleanup was also perfect. The install team (Nico, Blake and Eric) was professional and friendly and explained what they were doing throughout. I would hire them again should the occasion arise.

We had Titan replace our roof in August 2017. It was complete tear off & plywood sheathing…read morereplacement, a new skylight, plus new larger gutters, gutter covers & downspouts. We also had all the fascia and shutters replaced. The roof was completed in one day, with the gutters, downspouts and fascia being replaced the next 2 days. They also painted all the vent stacks and our chimney a flat black which really added to the appearance of the house. It was an excellent job, with excellent quality and a fair price. We have really been pleased with the results, except for the shutters. We had wooden shutters that were attached with screws. They had to be painted every 5 years or so, and some had to be replaced due to wood rot. The new shutters are plastic with plastic fasteners. We have had 3 instances with high winds where one or two of the 2nd story shutters got blown off. Each time Sean came out and re-attached them. We had 2 blow off a couple weeks ago when the remnants of Helene came through. The shutters are attached by 4 fasteners. Sean suggested we add 2 in the middle, which he did - hopefully that solves the problem! My point is - they did a great job in 2017 and they have always followed up with service whenever we had an issue - which is what you want from a quality roofing company.

When Randy came to review and prepare a quote, he explained their process in detail including screening the perimeter to catch nails and debris. They stripped the roof down to the wood sheathing and replaced everything including both step and counter flashing in one day. A different crew returned the next day and removed and upgraded our gutters to 6" with new downspouts, also in 1 day. Also on the bid to install a new custom cut rubber over my rear roof of 44 feet that I already had the rubber on site. Mean time I had a leak in my garage called him back for a bid where he gave that was to use roofing tape in 9in. Hired him to do this first. Paid the upfront material that were well over the true cost. Fast forward he comes over and cuts my 44ft rubber and uses it on the garage!!! I called him when I came home, and he said his mistake he'll replace it and use the rest on other jobs and apologized. I told him could have use on Lehman and he can bid that job for the cut rubber after he competed the 2nd job. Well after paying him he avoids all my calls and text on the used matarial. He also has encrypted text on his phone, so I didn't make a copy of the insurance he has. Anyone that has that can you please text me.(my number is in images) In addition to all of this the garage leaks still, and I now can't even make a claim on his insurance. As he took away the pics that he encrypted. Never seen this done before on a phone. What a con man. I also looked over his reviews, This con man Edward Fisher gave him self a 5 star review, No telling how many are his worker or family members. Again if you have images of his insurance please send them over to me. Also Premier Roofing and siding & gutters address comes up as a home with no store front and property is not in Con mans name. I had a fair amount of items in the lawn damaged during the roofing process which the company said they would replace, but the salesman said they wouldn't be throwing items off the front or side of our house. I just think he said it to make the sale and likely never even mentioned it to the people who would be doing the work.

I had a great experience from start to finish. When I called the phone went to voicemail but m rep shot me a text and called me back quickly. They quotes me $475 for the inspection and $125 for the radon tasting (highly recommend if you have a basement). I was able to get an appointment the very next day. The inspector (John) was at the house on time at 8a sharp. He inspected and walked through each square footage of the house. From the roof to the backyard and basement. I was able to follow along and ask any questions during walk-through. John was very friendly and helpful during the entire experience. The inspection took about 2 hours and 45 minutes which was 30 minutes longer then the estimated time. After the inspection, John sat down with me and discussed all the items that needed attention and items to watch out for. He explained everything thoroughly. After, I received an email with my report as well as follow up emails to address any questions or concerns. I highly recommend if you are looking to buy a home.
