I found Brandon via a google search and decided to give him a call based on his 5 star google reviews! Let me tell you he is the only person you will ever need to call for home renovations! From the first initial phone call I knew we were in good hands! Brandon is SUPERB with communication, very easy to talk to, has GREAT ideas, trustworthy, patient, hard working and can do it all! It's evident that Brandon puts his heart into his work! He took the time to really explain things and talk me through different ideas. (Everything you would ever want in a contractor!) I worked with Brandon long distance (without meeting him)to do a remodeling project. Initially, i thought I would have to fly back and oversee the project, but not after I found Brandon. The best thing about him is that his standard is to go above and beyond. He easily could have cut corners without me knowing but his top level of communication and care for our home continued until the very last walkthrough. He is beyond thorough and his craftsmanship is unmatched. I am telling you he is a one of a kind type of contractor- considered yourself blessed that you have found someone that will exceed your expectations! The best customer experience I've ever had- a thousand stars!

Buckeye gave us an incredibly reasonable estimate on the new roof for the house, TWO flat roof…read morereworks, plus gutters AND they repaired the shady fascia board between the first and second floors, under one of the (no longer) flat roofs. Everything looks so good! We chose the same shingles for the house that we had put on the carriage house/garage, and although it's hard to see up top, they do look amazing. And the drainage around the house is SO MUCH BETTER. At the time the crew was out, we were having other repairs inside the house, and everyone did the trades shuffle with grace and humor. You haven't seen a crew work like these guys did until you realize they roofed a 7,200 sq ft historic house in just 3 days--including the flat roof rebuilds. So much attention and care was paid to the fabric of the home, and each flat roof got its own plan and treatment. They did our carriage house in early spring 2026, and the same attention to detail means we now own two very spiffy historic structures. Call Buckeye, you can't go wrong.

He asked a third time if my husband could join us, citing that I might not be able to remember all the information I was given. I told him if he was not going to provide a consultation/estimate for me, the project owner, unless a man was with me then we can cancel. I led him out of the house 30 seconds later.

They also replaced a concrete slab porch, and did a remodel of an outside porch that had been closed in a long time ago for me. Once we made the decision for Provia, Jennifer, office manger, kept us informed as there was about a 3-month waiting period. She too was great to work with. The windows arrived and the install team was fantastic. Doug, Wayne, Wes and Rick were all very friendly, prompt, courteous, and did a quality install job. As they found problems, they went out of their way to fix them. In one case, the board under one of the large windows was completely rotten. They went to Lowes and fix the issue the very same day it was discovers. We definitely recommend Doug and the entire install team as well as Mike and Nick.

Several other "big name" companies gave us estimates that were at least ten thousand dollars or more. I was about to give up when I stumbled upon M&S Contracting, Dayton, Ohio, on social media. When we put a new roof on this home, they will get the job! Highly recommended.

I called to talk to Jason about what can be done. I was basically told we've had a lot of saturation this year and any concerns should have been voiced at the time. They were voiced to the man who was doing the work. not all of the work that was in my written estimate was completed either as the contractor who was here said it wouldn't be necessary. An existing run was completely removed and not tapped into. I was told in the end, the month of work was a loss to them. Probably why they don' want to help me now. And being a woman, you're not listened to or taken seriously. I wouldn't advise using for any water/drainage work. No warranty or even want to make it right.

The Friedman team did a truly *amazing* job!…read more Jason (the owner)'s initial visit to our home lasted more than an hour. He asked very detailed questions to ensure he understood exactly what we wanted to accomplish. The estimate was quickly produced, and was exceeding thorough and clear, spanning a full 2-pages, itemizing all that the job entailed. When there were possible ways of saving money, he offered them. He also suggested a number of clever workarounds we had not considered. The estimated amount was a bit less than the other two quotes we received. In addition, it included items others had not thought to suggest. Other companies said they could begin in 4-6 months. Jason said he would begin in 2-3 weeks and complete the sizable renovation within 3 weeks. Once we agreed to move forward, everything was wrapped up within the timeline he estimated (from my experience, a rare feat!). All members of his crew were friendly, diligent, and highly competent. They were efficient on site, demonstrated great skill, were cautious not to damage anything, and performed a through cleanup, leaving nothing behind. The final product far exceeded our expectations! We are very grateful for Jason's Team and we definitely plan to use them for future projects. Thanks so much! Jon & Courtney
