They did everything from excavation, pouring concrete, framing, bathroom installation, electrical, finishing. Start to finish didn't take very long to move mom in with us. Mom loved her new space. They are very quick to respond and return for minor items and all the questions that we had. The cost was reasonable as well. This is the second time that we've hired them for construction and would hire them again.

I gave them a list of 5 or 6 things that needed finished, but instead they quit and said there was no warranty. Only thing I said I wouldn't pay for was the extra sheets of OSB they never used and admitted they did not. Porch canceled, because once I saw the cobbled mess, called barn doors, I knew they could not handle the job. Barn, not garage. There was no garage. No where does it state white gutters. U may have written that down somewhere, but I tried to talk to u twice and all you did was get mad, roll your eyes and walk away. Nita had black. You only covered the facia after I called you on it. One section still needs done. How dare I say," why didn't you do this, or why didn't you do that?" I shouldn't have to.! Your crew has no supervision; they just do what they want because u r never around. Whink Whink. But since they work so cheap for you, you really don't care what they do, or don't do. You never finished the job ! Of course you are not going to get the final 2900.00 dollars. Then hold the warranty hostage. Final payment not due until the job is finished.

They have probably done hundreds of houses over a 30+ period so there were no surprises during the construction period and the quality of work is superb. Our home was built in the 90's so we had extensive remodeling done, including moving a couple of walls and relocating major appliances. Randy was able to make a couple of suggestions that made a well-designed kitchen great. There was one item that I insisted on and he warned me about. After it was built and installed, I saw that he had been right and it was a bit of an eye sore. I asked him to help fix it and he made a redesign suggestion that fixed the problem at a very minimal cost. I interviewed and met several contractors before Classic Cabinets and learned that it is very difficult to get a good contractor to quote and show up on time. Randy's people are exceptional and he also works with a general contractor when needed. This makes using him for a remodel a no- brainer! By the way, I contacted him based on the recommendation of a very good friend of mine whose kitchen he had recently redone a few months earlier. She was extremely pleased and is now contacting him for other remodeling work.

Sam provided us an estimate for this project without pressuring the customer to sign the deal. Instead, he focused on explaining all the steps involved in the project. He has a very analytical approach to his work and outlines how he will meet and exceed code requirements. Quote/Estimate for cost. He is reasonable with his pricing and will break the job into parts such that the customer does not have to pay upfront for the whole project. He would complete a block of the job and then collect payment after that block is completed. Quality of materials used/work performed. He is very particular about the quality of materials he uses and he informs his customer about the advantages/disadvantages But ultimately will let the customer decide. His work is almost artistic since he is very exact about how he builds things. Overall: I had the best experience a person could have with a contractor - especially when they single handily performed all the serviced required for the job. He built everything to code and exceeded requirements in some areas. (e.g., electrical, plumbing, Drywall, Concrete). Once he begins work he maintains momentum, keeps the work area clean, and has been a person that's reliable with excellent work ethics. I wish the industry worked as he does.

Andy and team really went above and beyond on every aspect of the project from initial concept to post-installation follow up. They were always available to assist with any questions very promptly. Working together so closely allowed us to really fine tune the material choice, layout, and especially the design. He got the supplies and fixed both problems. After I had paid him, he was washing his hands at the sink and noticed it needed caulked. He went out to his truck and got some caulking and repaired it. I mentioned that I needed a board on the fence fixed and he quickly got screws out of his truck and put a board back on for me. All little extras that showed he would go the extra step. I feel his price was in line or better than I would have paid anyone else. Highly recommend.
