The HVAC company in turn blamed this company who repeatedly denied any responsibility for paying for the repairs. I was going to be out $1400+ to fix the unit, but ultimately HVAC company did cover the cost. The owner of D&G went so far as to contact the county I live in, another neighboring county along with the city I live in all in an effort to prove he had no liability for the damage done during the replacement of the roof. I also had to contact the Better Business Bureau to get the refund check from the company for the unused materials I had paid for upfront. All in all, I would not recommend the company due to poor customer service I received after the owner insured he was paid for the job in full within 3 days of completion.

Our project was labor intensive as it needed the removal of 2 layers of old shingles with the home being redecked. My wife and I decided to go with the 1/2 inch plywood over the osb for the redecking with my understanding that plywood works better with humidity long term. We also decided on the GAF Timberline UHDZ over the HDZ because of the better warranty, increased impact resistance and a slightly better look. Both the plywood and the 20% heavier UHDZ shingles were a minimal up charge. Entrust was the only company of 3 which addressed the intake the roof needs for proper circulation. Prior to the roof replacement we were having higher than healthy roof humidity. Long vertical intakes were installed at the bottom edges to match the new peak outlets. Oscar and some of his team came back out to fix a couple more issues. I have found Oscar's personality to be warm and friendly. Oscar also prayed with my wife and I in our back yard. His wife Lauren has been nice to talk with on the phone.I would definitely recommend this company with everything they did and what I've learned about roofing during the process. One big project done, many little projects yet to do.

Pricing was excellent and transparent; work was promptly completed with high-quality workmanship and material, i.e. used structural screws instead of nails. When looking at a project, he often saved us money by suggesting and repurposing materials versus complete removal and waste. Also found that our carpet covered steps had unfinished oak treads - sanded, stained and re-trimmed with matching handrail work - nice! We now have a new very nice brick and stone paved patio, a stand-alone pavilion, re-designed all-season room, new LVP flooring in lower level of house, new ramp for our large shed (which needed work to correct issues from previous contractor) new/repaired steel front stair railings, plumbing work, etcetera. Chuck, along with his son, was quick to respond, listen to our needs, give us estimates, and remain in constant communication with us. Pictures were taken to show us what needed our attention and a scheduling of services began. We did not know that our chimney needed repair. One of his crew came prior to any roofing being installed to restore our chimney. We appreciated the detailed pictures that were shown to us before of the damaged areas and after to show us the work completed. His company/crews proceeded to install new wood where there was weather damage, put up weather barriers on everything, completed our roof, installed new siding over the original wood siding on our house/workshop. I asked Bobby if he installs doors--he said yes He gave me a price which was $1500 He wanted $750 up front which i gave him (big mistake) He never did give me a date or time he would start I called him-- set a date still thinking positive He arrived with two other workers They removed the doors Bobby took them and never came back the guy s were working and I assumed it was going well By the way they arrived at 12 noon Dereck appeared to be the head worker he was telling they were going to Hueston woods for bobbys daughters bday Anyway they were getting ready to leave around 2:30 - 3:30 I had forgotten to get door handles which Lowes isn't far But they were leaving they didnt clean up They took one of the screen doors to the garage That was very disturbing for me I was going to install door handles Anyway Dereck came back the next day He got to working around 9:30 I just assumed it was going well But at around 10:40 he said he had to meet his wife and then was going to Lowes for supplies he would be back in 20 min it turned into an hour and ahalf During that time i started looking at the work It was not good!!!!
