Our project was labor intensive as it needed the removal of 2 layers of old shingles with the home being redecked. My wife and I decided to go with the 1/2 inch plywood over the osb for the redecking with my understanding that plywood works better with humidity long term. We also decided on the GAF Timberline UHDZ over the HDZ because of the better warranty, increased impact resistance and a slightly better look. Both the plywood and the 20% heavier UHDZ shingles were a minimal up charge. Entrust was the only company of 3 which addressed the intake the roof needs for proper circulation. Prior to the roof replacement we were having higher than healthy roof humidity. Long vertical intakes were installed at the bottom edges to match the new peak outlets. Oscar and some of his team came back out to fix a couple more issues. I have found Oscar's personality to be warm and friendly. Oscar also prayed with my wife and I in our back yard. His wife Lauren has been nice to talk with on the phone.I would definitely recommend this company with everything they did and what I've learned about roofing during the process. One big project done, many little projects yet to do.

Pricing was excellent and transparent; work was promptly completed with high-quality workmanship and material, i.e. used structural screws instead of nails. When looking at a project, he often saved us money by suggesting and repurposing materials versus complete removal and waste. Also found that our carpet covered steps had unfinished oak treads - sanded, stained and re-trimmed with matching handrail work - nice! We now have a new very nice brick and stone paved patio, a stand-alone pavilion, re-designed all-season room, new LVP flooring in lower level of house, new ramp for our large shed (which needed work to correct issues from previous contractor) new/repaired steel front stair railings, plumbing work, etcetera. Paint 4 posts, beams, corner boards by azek, trim, etc coats Sw Duration Satin #1 was mostly done. #2 was not done. #3 was done well. I told the spokesman for the painting team that the nailheads were to be pretreated but was disregarded. I also sent an email to Wulfhorst Painting but to date have received no reply. It would seem that there was a lack of communication between Brad and the painting team that resulted in a partial completion of what was specified in the estimate. Therefore, I would expect a price adjustment. And I can only hope that the nailheads do not bleed through again.

Communication with me was great throughout my project which included a large number of pavers and a large stamped-concrete driveway. Soon after the work was completed I had concerns as there were some areas of polysand failure, and I observed white areas on the driveway that had been tinted and sealed. But the company offered to come back in a few months to fill any areas needing polysand, and they offered to add more tinting to the driveway if necessary and to re-seal the driveway. This will satisfy all of my initial concerns. I'm very impressed with their willingness to make their customers overjoyed at the outcome. There were 2 teams performing this large project. The first team did the paver repairs. The before-after pictures I include show the uneven pavers are now perfectly flat (and clean). The work for the 2nd team was faster than what the manufacturers recommend on their websites. However the company has been in business for many years and they assured me that they have successfully done this work in even hotter temperatures in Florida, and they always apply sealer to pavers right after applying the polysand. They used Accel polysand for the pavers. I especially respect and am grateful for this 2nd team, Jake and AJ, who worked through 90+ degree heat and very high humidity. Although my property has many trees, it was still potentially dangerous and definitely uncomfortable.

After it was done, there were all kinds of problems. We appreciated the fact that two experienced guys came out quickly to assess and try to correct the sealing. What we did not appreciate is that they told us the other guys were new at this. Was an $8,000 project not enough for the A-team? The guys who came out to fix it, tried another coat of sealer. Also didn't work. They called a guy in Florida who "knew everything about sealers". They tried another product and it seemed to work. However, some of the sloppy work from the first sealing still shows. Every time I'm out there, I see the lines on the pavers from the first attempt. We thought we had done our research in good companies. It apparently wasn't enough.
