I found Brandon via a google search and decided to give him a call based on his 5 star google reviews! Let me tell you he is the only person you will ever need to call for home renovations! From the first initial phone call I knew we were in good hands! Brandon is SUPERB with communication, very easy to talk to, has GREAT ideas, trustworthy, patient, hard working and can do it all! It's evident that Brandon puts his heart into his work! He took the time to really explain things and talk me through different ideas. (Everything you would ever want in a contractor!) I worked with Brandon long distance (without meeting him)to do a remodeling project. Initially, i thought I would have to fly back and oversee the project, but not after I found Brandon. Paint 4 posts, beams, corner boards by azek, trim, etc coats Sw Duration Satin #1 was mostly done. #2 was not done. #3 was done well. I told the spokesman for the painting team that the nailheads were to be pretreated but was disregarded. I also sent an email to Wulfhorst Painting but to date have received no reply. It would seem that there was a lack of communication between Brad and the painting team that resulted in a partial completion of what was specified in the estimate. Therefore, I would expect a price adjustment. And I can only hope that the nailheads do not bleed through again.

Communication with me was great throughout my project which included a large number of pavers and a large stamped-concrete driveway. Soon after the work was completed I had concerns as there were some areas of polysand failure, and I observed white areas on the driveway that had been tinted and sealed. But the company offered to come back in a few months to fill any areas needing polysand, and they offered to add more tinting to the driveway if necessary and to re-seal the driveway. This will satisfy all of my initial concerns. I'm very impressed with their willingness to make their customers overjoyed at the outcome. There were 2 teams performing this large project. The first team did the paver repairs. The before-after pictures I include show the uneven pavers are now perfectly flat (and clean). The work for the 2nd team was faster than what the manufacturers recommend on their websites. However the company has been in business for many years and they assured me that they have successfully done this work in even hotter temperatures in Florida, and they always apply sealer to pavers right after applying the polysand. They used Accel polysand for the pavers. I especially respect and am grateful for this 2nd team, Jake and AJ, who worked through 90+ degree heat and very high humidity. Although my property has many trees, it was still potentially dangerous and definitely uncomfortable.

After it was done, there were all kinds of problems. We appreciated the fact that two experienced guys came out quickly to assess and try to correct the sealing. What we did not appreciate is that they told us the other guys were new at this. Was an $8,000 project not enough for the A-team? The guys who came out to fix it, tried another coat of sealer. Also didn't work. They called a guy in Florida who "knew everything about sealers". They tried another product and it seemed to work. However, some of the sloppy work from the first sealing still shows. Every time I'm out there, I see the lines on the pavers from the first attempt. We thought we had done our research in good companies. It apparently wasn't enough.
