Robert did a great job filling cracks and building the parge (protective layer inside the fireplace) while both Russ and Robert completed outside work, replacing the crown, improving the flues and flue caps. As always, communication is top-notch and I would not hesitate to recommend Cinci Sweeps to anyone for inspections, cleaning and reconstruction. (Original review for November 2020): I would echo the other five-star reviews. I cannot say enough nice things. - Russ is a great communicator, taking the time to explain everything - The work is top-notch; our crown looks like new and the craftsmanship was fantastic - They called ahead, arrived on time (with shoes covered and wearing masks) and cleaned up everything when done - You can tell that they absolutely want to do the right thing and make the customer happy - I've already referred them to friends and family In short, Cinci Sweeps is one of the most professional and friendly companies with whom I've had the pleasure of working. I will definitely continue to use them in the future. A++

He was honest and let us know we could get by without a sweep this year if we didn't want to do it now. I had them do it anyways as we purchased the house and I wanted to start off fresh. Great price and excellent communication/customer service.

When we asked if he wouldn't mind cleaning our dryer vents out after cleaning out the wood burning fireplaces, he did it. His work inside was so clean that I couldn't believe it! No dusty mess or footprints anywhere! Jayson shot excellent videos of our older roof, pointing out bad spots and the areas that he could repair for us which really relieved our worries. Knowing how important keeping both our dryer vents and fireplace/chimneys clean for our buildings safety, we plan to have him come next year!

He showed up when he said he would, which was early evening, when you know it's hard to add another new customer's yard at the end of a long, hot day. But, he was happy to help. My lawn was very overgrown so it was no cakewalk either. I would hire them again. To the reviewer who condemned them for being felons? You made no mention of their quality of work. Kudos for them for trying to run an honest business and make an honest day's wages on the right side of the law. As long as they are fair, don't screw me over, run an honest business, and do a good job then it doesn't make a difference to me if they have made past mistakes. Well, unless they are serial killers, lol The only thing that bothered me was that he didn't have legitimate work order sheets/ receipts. Customers need a record of payment and work done in case there is a problem. And no, I am not a friend of theirs and had never met them before until yesterday.
