We have Anderson windows but they were installed when the house was built in 1987. Some were ok, some needed some work and some needed to be replaced. Seals, caulking, rebuild a sliding glass doors, all new interior handles and 3 windows were too far gone so they were replaced with new construction windows. The good stuff: They are an Anderson window distributor and installer. They know these windows and know how to work on them. And they are a very friendly group to work with. They did excellent work and the windows and sliding glass doors all work like new. The not-so-good. They don't communicate at all. I had to call and call to get any information, even if they planned to show up to work! In spite of the communication issue, I'd certainly use them to work on any Anderson windows.

NEVER had a full crew, just one guy most of the time for an almost 3 story building. No spotters. No masks used. Very poor communication between owner of this business and owner of property. When painting the porch items were removed into the lawn and left there for days, in the rain. Pieces of painters tape left and blowing around property. Noticeable paint chipping off building after 2 coats and employee was heard to be saying that "they" meaning tenants and or landlord were picking paint off around windows. No proper direction given to employee from owner of company. No communication given to landlord when they were showing up. This company is unsat. Tons of pictures have been taken. The store has knowledgeable staff, and prices seemed competitive. We took samples home to check for color compatibility and then returned to order materials and set up installation. A couple of weeks later, we had carpet in the entire first floor replaced as well as flooring in our kitchen. Dan McFadden and a crew of four workers came and had the job done in two days. After the job was done, Dan met me at the house to go over everything he and his crew did. He even did a few extra things that had not been figured into the estimate.
