We had a shingle coming off and we don't have a ladder to get up high enough ourselves. We called and these guys were able to come take a look in just a couple days. Esteban and his son were extremely nice and professional as they gave us a free inspection. They went up to inspect it, showed me pictures of the issue and fixed it on the spot. Thank you so much!

Buckeye gave us an incredibly reasonable estimate on the new roof for the house, TWO flat roof…read morereworks, plus gutters AND they repaired the shady fascia board between the first and second floors, under one of the (no longer) flat roofs. Everything looks so good! We chose the same shingles for the house that we had put on the carriage house/garage, and although it's hard to see up top, they do look amazing. And the drainage around the house is SO MUCH BETTER. At the time the crew was out, we were having other repairs inside the house, and everyone did the trades shuffle with grace and humor. You haven't seen a crew work like these guys did until you realize they roofed a 7,200 sq ft historic house in just 3 days--including the flat roof rebuilds. So much attention and care was paid to the fabric of the home, and each flat roof got its own plan and treatment. They did our carriage house in early spring 2026, and the same attention to detail means we now own two very spiffy historic structures. Call Buckeye, you can't go wrong.

They did such a fantastic job that I had them come out and replace the front door today. As anticipated they were very professional and finished the job beyond expectations! I also had some broken treads on my stairway that squeaked and groaned horribly with every foot step. We discussed a couple of options to repair them within my budget and they managed to squeeze that job in today too. I can't even begin to tell you how great it was to have him available to help me. I've had some horrible experiences with previous contractors but Robert has never disappointed me since I discovered his company last year. It's too dark for photos of the new door, so I'll add them when it's sunny.

He was prompt, professional, and extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of roofing. We also had the siding replaced that also looks very good. However, customer service doesn't seem to be one of the company's priorities. We need additional paperwork for the insurance company and so far the insurance agent and myself have been unsuccessful. After about two months finally spoke to someone that is willing to figure out who can help. Bottom line - quality of work is great - customer service not so much. For this reason I can't recommend to others. Customer service doesn't stop once a job is completed plus word to mouth is still the best form of advertising.

After he calmed down, he said he would come look at the windows on a sunny day. He has yet to come look at the windows. I have texted his number several times and have gotten no response. He is not very professional in my opinion. After reading his response, I reiterate how unprofessional he is.

Despite receiving full insurance funds for a complete roof replacement with premium materials, the company left major sections untouched and instead used cheap materials worth a fraction of what was paid for. The owner, Marc Ross, was informed of these problems repeatedly -- including serious misconduct from his crew -- and not only failed to correct them but continued to make the situation worse. Workers were caught on video drinking on the job, stealing copper, and even trying to blame an innocent young woman for the theft until video evidence cleared her. They destroyed a custom, expensive birdbath, tore up our yard, and showed an astonishing lack of professionalism. Marc Ross was fully aware of these issues and lied to us multiple times, failed to supervise his crew, and was paid for work in areas that were never even touched. In my opinion, this is not just poor workmanship -- it's deceptive business practice. We are now starting legal action and reported the company to regulatory agencies ( including the attorney general , insurance company , police department ,licensing board , BBB , and a few others ). I strongly urge others to steer clear of Ohio Roof Masters and Marc Ross. This has been an exhausting and costly experience -- don't make the same mistake we did!
