The back half has no drip edge and with the recent wind a shingle had ripped off because it was not nailed in the nailing strip causing it to fail. When requesting someone to come and take a look they just emailed me and said there is no warranty and a quote to replace 1 shingle for $285. I let them know it was done incorrectly and they told me "I will note your decline of the proposal in our records." Terrible work and worse customer service.

You haven't seen a crew work like these guys did until you realize they roofed a 7,200 sq ft historic house in just 3 days--including the flat roof rebuilds. So much attention and care was paid to the fabric of the home, and each flat roof got its own plan and treatment. We also had the siding replaced that also looks very good. However, customer service doesn't seem to be one of the company's priorities. We need additional paperwork for the insurance company and so far the insurance agent and myself have been unsuccessful. After about two months finally spoke to someone that is willing to figure out who can help. Bottom line - quality of work is great - customer service not so much. For this reason I can't recommend to others. Customer service doesn't stop once a job is completed plus word to mouth is still the best form of advertising.
