The estimate was very reasonable. Told me they would need to order the glass and it would take within 7-10 days which was right on the mark. When the glass came in they were out the next day to imstall it. Service took about 30 minutes and it was great-even did a great cleanup. I'm sure I will need their services again and will not hesitate to give them a call. I have even recommended their services to two other neighbors.

We contacted Air Tite a couple of weeks back to get an estimate on replacement of all of the windows in our home. They would only call between 8:30 and 9:00pm, also the same time that we'd be trying to get our baby to sleep, and then leave no message. I finally figured out who it was after the third call when I looked up the number and called the office directly. The estimate was set up quickly and easily, and for the following day which was convenient, however our experience was not positive. The gentleman arrived for the estimate, walked into our living room, and just jumped right in w/o any introduction, handshake, etc. We had to ask him who he was before he introduced himself. He then went through his spiel and provided a quote, but would not provide us a copy and expected us to decide before he could leave. He was not clear that the price he quoted already included a coupon discount in the Reach magazine, and then when we hesitated proceeded to clue us in on a range of incentives and payment plans that he didn't tell us about before, giving us one more each time we told him we'd have to think about it. He then decided that it would be a good idea to essentially tell us we were cheap and that we were only shopping based on price vs. quality. Overall a really negative, super high pressure sales experience with what we perceived as misleading and confusing tactics to keep us off our feet while trying to make a very expensive decision. That being said, the windows looked pretty nice, and we can't judge the windows, so two stars here. Buyer beware.

When Mario left he said he'd email my quote by the end of the day or the following day. It's been 30 days and still no quote. I've called twice, spoke with very pleasant woman who assured me she would speak with Mario. Still nothing. I'm very disappointed. Mario told me with Covid the production and shipping time is delayed, perhaps 4-6 months before my blinds would arrive. I've wasted a month and my shutters are still not ordered. Unfortunately, I'll move on to another company.
