We discussed a couple of options to repair them within my budget and they managed to squeeze that job in today too. I can't even begin to tell you how great it was to have him available to help me. I've had some horrible experiences with previous contractors but Robert has never disappointed me since I discovered his company last year. The windows arrived and the install team was fantastic. Doug, Wayne, Wes and Rick were all very friendly, prompt, courteous, and did a quality install job. Pricing was excellent and transparent; work was promptly completed with high-quality workmanship and material, i.e. used structural screws instead of nails. When looking at a project, he often saved us money by suggesting and repurposing materials versus complete removal and waste. Also found that our carpet covered steps had unfinished oak treads - sanded, stained and re-trimmed with matching handrail work - nice! We now have a new very nice brick and stone paved patio, a stand-alone pavilion, re-designed all-season room, new LVP flooring in lower level of house, new ramp for our large shed (which needed work to correct issues from previous contractor) new/repaired steel front stair railings, plumbing work, etcetera. The owner of this business is a very busy, all-work oriented individual who concentrates on his work. Difficult to find a business with such dedication to each job and the particular, often customized details. Wife and I planning more work in near future, will certainly hire again.
