The HVAC company in turn blamed this company who repeatedly denied any responsibility for paying for the repairs. The owner of D&G went so far as to contact the county I live in, another neighboring county along with the city I live in all in an effort to prove he had no liability for the damage done during the replacement of the roof. I also had to contact the Better Business Bureau to get the refund check from the company for the unused materials I had paid for upfront. All in all, I would not recommend the company due to poor customer service I received after the owner insured he was paid for the job in full within 3 days of completion.

The windows arrived and the install team was fantastic. Doug, Wayne, Wes and Rick were all very friendly, prompt, courteous, and did a quality install job. As they found problems, they went out of their way to fix them. In one case, the board under one of the large windows was completely rotten. While the glass itself was replaced, the plastic trim around the window was destroyed in the process. What could be salvaged was roughly caulked back together, and the remaining pieces were left broken. In addition, the drywall on the interior around the window was damaged and never repaired. I reached out to the company afterward and was very polite and respectful when speaking with the owner. Unfortunately, she was short and dismissive. I made it clear I wasn't attacking her company or the tech. In fact the tech was a nice guy. I simply wanted the issue resolved. After several text exchanges, I was either ignored or told she would get back to me, which never happened. I would share before-and-after photos if the platform allowed it, as they clearly show the damage caused. Overall, the lack of quality workmanship and poor follow-up made this a very disappointing experience.
