He showed up this morning, only to realize that five of the windows are the incorrect size. Each of those five windows was 9" shorter than the window openings he measured & quoted us for. Nine WHOLE inches too small. He then tried to convince us to let him 'build out' our windows and install them anyway. We said no way, and he stormed off our property, leaving the windows that we can't use sitting in our driveway and our job incomplete. We have siding going on the same building and that job is now also at a standstill because of Jake's complete incompetence. I am also reporting this "business" to the Better Business Bureau. AND filing a lawsuit with small claims court.

The problem was that there were countless installation dates, cancellations, and a great deal of frustration regarding all parties involved. The Dilemma: Regarding tradesman and construction you can get affordable service, you can get high-quality craftsmanship, and you can get things done quickly. You just have to pick two. I chose affordable and high-quality craftsmanship with Everytime windows. I severely underestimated how long it would take to get the installation done (almost 2 years). That being said, in regards to value, my total cost for the purchase and installation of 13 windows through this company was equivalent to the cost of merely 5 windows at a competitor. So if you are a very patient home-owner and are looking for affordable service, everytime windows may be the company for you. I do hope that in the future, Everytime Windows will provide faster service to it's clients. What is the company? This is an independent owner-operator company with a very small and highly-skilled labor force. The owner, Zachary Lynch, a veteran window installation specialist who has branched out into independent operations and direct-to-consumer services.
