However, my springs broke again and when I called for them to replace them they sent a technician out never once saying they wouldn't honor the warranty or that I had to pay anything. However speaking to the technician that's how I found out I was going to have to pay him myself. They did not honor their warranty and have given me the runaround all day. I advised him I have a warranty, they need to pay you. So this contractor did not fix them because he said he can't do it for free. Not one time did the company say anything about me paying and that they would not honor my warranty. I have made several phone calls but nothing has been accomplished so I finally asked to speak to a manager that was this morning and as of 4 :30 no one has called me back yet. I just spoke to someone again and they said they'll have a manager call ASAP but as of right now, I'm still waiting. I am very frustrated, I feel like they took advantage of me, So in the meantime I had to call someone else because my car is in the garage and I couldn't get it out and I need to go to work. When the company came out , they said my springs shouldn't have broke in 4 years but they advised me the reason why it broke was because they used the wrong springs for my door. Now I'm going to have to pay another company to get my doors fixed and still have not heard from a manager.
