The paint was chipped off on the "feet" of the cart and came off when touching it. Flaked paint was literally on my hands when I touched the wheels. I asked the cashier if she would be able to give me a discount on the rolling cart. I really didn't want to pay the full price of $59.00 for an defective item. She looked at me and said: I will not discount the cart but you are welcome to buy yourself some paint or a white marker to repair it. Ok- so let me summarize. I am paying the full price and then go out to buy sanding paper, paint etc to make the item look like new when it was supposed to be new at purchasing? I always liked HomeGoods but this experience makes me want to go to their competitors now. It has been a long time since I have experienced such poor customer service.

Home Goods (much like the other brands in the TJ Maxx family of stores) is hit or miss with me. But…read moreto be fair that's expected with their always changing inventories. Anytime I move or want to redecorate my living space, Home Goods is my first stop to look for everything from new dishes to wall art to decorative pillows. This Home Goods in particular is usually pretty well stocked with quality home pieces at prices that are hard to beat. Keep in mind that they usually don't restock the same items twice, so if you see something you like you can't assume it will be there the next time you stop in. I've also run into the issue of HG only having one item in stock when I need two (i.e.: a set of matching lamps or pillows). Can't say that's their fault, just something to keep in mind.

We bought things here before and we enjoy the creative aspect of their goods. The first thing that caught my eye was a wine bar made from an old steel tank. Adorable. Some of the light fixtures were also very creative and cute. Unfortunately we didn't find end tables that fit our needs. I'm sure I'll shop here again when looking for furniture.

We are currently waiting seven months for a product that was promised to be in stock and would be delivered when we moved into our new home which was two months after the order date. Product was paid in full on November 10, 2024. We have been given at least four different dates of when this product will arrive. We are still waiting.... We have been told that the product would be ready to be delivered early April 2025, April 13, 2025, at the latest May 31, 2025 and today they have told us at the earliest time that the product would be in stock in the United States will be June 10 2025. The product was ordered on November 10, 2024. This is for side dining chairs. We have spent a significant amount of money furnishing our new home with Arhaus furniture and I will never do business with this company in the future. For what we have received so far, the quality of the product is good but this company is highly unethical and will tell you anything to try to appease you. Again, unless this is a product that is in stock at your local store or guaranteed to be sitting at your local distribution center, I would not purchase from this company.

A surprisingly fun store. It feels like a dollar store, home goods store, Five Below (but an adult,…read moregrown-up version) and pharmacy all rolled into one. I'm kinda confused by the pharmacy part. You can buy your average, everyday shampoos, body washes, or razors here. It feels like an odd use of space - especially when these items are definitely cheaper at your big box store. The rest of the store is pretty cool though. From garden supplies to unique pens to seasonal decor to toys I've never seen to baby and dog gear, there's a mini half-aisle dedicated to most types of "stuff". A lot of it is brands and styles I haven't seen at big-box stores, and it all looks way higher quality than dollar stores. All prices end in a flat number ($5 vs $4.99) and everything looked properly signed. Prices aren't dollar store cheap, but they're not pricy either. Most everything average is in the $3 to $8 range. I found lots of cute little things that would make great gifts; lots of branded merch (Bluey, Pokemon, Hello Kitty, etc.) Lots of stuff to look through. Most that you probably don't *need*, but I found a lot of stuff I wanted. The store was nicely organized, pretty clean, and well-stocked and faced. The two employees were really friendly. Both greeted me upon entry and asked if I needed anything when I was staring at a display for awhile. Bathroom was clean and single-room unisex too. It felt fun and playful and welcoming to shop there, and I'll definitely be back.

Two young ladies at the checkout counter were all smiles and looked happy to be of service. I couldn't stay long to browse as a grouchy husband was waiting in the car. I came to pick up my online order. Even though the website will tell you to go to Bin #1, you actually give your name to the cashier (which makes a lot more sense). My bag was ready and waiting (nice shopping bag!) and I was, reluctantly, on my way. I got the impression of a kind of cross between Hobby Lobby and Marshall's. Definitely a place for decor, crafting AND gifts. I really hope to get back here to shop!
