The owner of D&G went so far as to contact the county I live in, another neighboring county along with the city I live in all in an effort to prove he had no liability for the damage done during the replacement of the roof. I also had to contact the Better Business Bureau to get the refund check from the company for the unused materials I had paid for upfront. The windows arrived and the install team was fantastic. Doug, Wayne, Wes and Rick were all very friendly, prompt, courteous, and did a quality install job. As they found problems, they went out of their way to fix them. In one case, the board under one of the large windows was completely rotten. When the installer informed me during installation that the door was an incorrect color, the Pella salesman assured me he was handling the swapping out of the still-packaged door with a door of the same type but correct color. Very frustrating and I still have no storm door three months after the start of my project. Update: I did finally receive a call informing that the door is now on order.
